I was frustrated in that I did not receive what I was signing on for. The initial work up I received in was what I received after jumping through a lot of hoops. If they had said in the beginning this is what you will receive, regardless of your Appraisal, then I would have pursued other options. Unfortunately, I was too deep in to explore other options. Dominic Sanchez was very helpful, and was not the person who I had spoken with initially, but was the one who received my unfavorable comments when I saw the figures.
