Here is how they respond to customers- “Would it be considerable that we refund $6 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items and send them to your friends” I’m usually patient and kind, but deserve a full refund.

United States | 20 September 2018DO NOT buy from Novashe, the fabric is not the same as shown in pics, 1 item from my order missing & 1 was damaged, after several emails & request for live chats for service, no response lost $85. Unfollow & delete pins so no one else gets scammed & losses money. After 2 months they want to refund me $10 out of the $85 & sorry for my dissatisfaction since I started warning others. DO NOT BUY from Novashe unless you want to lose your money. I want to warn everyone not to be scammed by Novashe.

United States | 17 September 2018DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! (Proper spelling Novashe) They steal photos from other sites and ship poor quality clothing. After I found out this website was a scam, I tried to cancel my order. It took forever to receive a reply saying that they couldn’t do anything about it because they have no control over the order after it gets sent to the shipping department. That was total BS. I had to wait longer than a month for one dress to arrive, tried to return it, but they would not issue a full refund or pay for shipping.

United States | 15 September 2018Ordered my girlfriend a shirt and it took nearly 5 weeks to arrive, emails to the company were answered within 2 days or less with passive aggressive borderline rude replies. The shirt did arrive and she likes it but the process was tiring in the age of free 2-day shipping and amazing customer support available from nearly every company this is nearly unacceptable.

United States | 13 September 2018I’m getting the same as everyone else. They offered me a small amount to keep the item or donate it to charity. I asked for a return address and they won’t give me one. I will be disputing this payment on my credit card. If they want to lose the payment AND the dress, it’s up to them. I’m willing to give the dress back, but they aren’t keeping my money.

I refused £5 offer, telling me I could donate the item to charity. Hven't heard a word from them since. Someone who can should take them down. This has to be illegal practice.

United States | 28 August 2018I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, both advertised as Levi's on the website. I got shorts that were giant and poorly made, smelled bad, and one pair didnt even have a button hole.....like the hole was there, but they never cut it open....when I complained and wanted a refund they negotiated my refund with me. As if taking $10 will make me feel better about buying your crappy shorts....then they tried to negotiate higher....what about $18?.....I said no and that if they were so ready to negotiate prices, why not just give me my full refund? They gave me the run around for months and told me that it would cost me some ridiculous amount to ship them back and there would be no guarantee they would even make it to their warehouse, leaving them with no proof of return...another waste of money.....I told them over and over the shorts didnt fit and were of poor quality and that I wanted my money back, yet they insist that there is nothing wrong and "didnt you know all pants come with no button hole now?".....seriously? I even threatened to involve the authorities because they were obviously committing fraud. They completely stopped messaging me and now I'm stuck with these wierd shorts noone would want and no refund....its been over 4 months since my purchase....never waste your money here.

It took three and a half weeks for the only item I ordered to arrive, the material of the jumpsuit was like a swim towel, so cheap and completely unwearable. I tried to send it back but you have to go through 100 email chains and they NEVER get back to you and when they do they won’t give you your full refund they’ll give you half when their site clearly says full refunds. Then when you demand for your entire refund they completely ghost you and you’re screwed out of all your money. The absolute biggest scam. Save your money, time, and energy and look elsewhere.

They never delivered the item, and despite refusing to provide proof of delivery, insist that they did and will not refund me. Their customer service respond to emails like robots, repeating themselves again and again. A totally dishonest, unreliable fraudster.

United Kingdom | 23 August 2018I ordered a jumpsuit waited over a month for delivery. When it came the bottom was one size, the attached top section I swear was for someone four times bigger. I contacted them to advise item faulted and needed to return for a refund. Won’t send me an address and said it would be very expensive to return and found out I would be sending back to China. They said they would give me £5 refund and can keep the item which is not fit for purpose! I am still trying to get an address to send it back a week later. What ever you do never buy from them I’ve never experienced anything like it! SHOCKING

United States | 15 August 2018Im very disappointed. Wanted to return for the bad quality of clothing but was given all sort of excuses. They just refused to give me return address and after a month of negotiationg decided on refund but got much lesser than what I paid for. Took ages and till now still haven’t received. They first told me refunded was done in 17JUN18 then after few email said gonna refund again. The last was 28JUL18. Is coming end AUG NOW ... I have never seen any refund that took more than 2 months still not credited yet. Dishonest and super bad service !!! Definitely not recommend this site !!!

Australia | 14 August 2018I ordered a lovely looking button through coat from Novashe. Never again will I deal with this company ,order took over a month . As for the correspondence,I emailed at least in 10 occasion to query my purchase , sometimes they answered. Quality of my purchase , well I won’t be wearing it , the fit and cut is nothing like the advertised photo. Neck way too large for the rest of the jacket , collar not sewn on properly all buckled. Sleeves too wide and boxy looking , no facings at all just overlooked . Not even ironed , It would be expensive to return my purchase so I am stuck with a dud. Overall nothing like the photo. Total crap ..and way too big. Going to the nearest op shop.

United States | 08 August 2018I paid for express and the website said it will take 3~7 days and now, 8days passed. I sent an email to novashe and they are keep saying I didn’t write my full name. I said to them if it won’t come until tomorrow I want to refund them all both clothes and express charge too. BUT they said no. because I didn’t wrote my full name so it was delayed. I wrote it and even they asked my full name when 8 days passed. That’s really rude and I really want others not to buy any clothes in that website. PLEASE

United States | 02 August 2018Do not ever order anything from this company. Novashe's website makes the clothes look really nice but in reality, their clothes are garbage and not worth the price. I ordered a dress for my daughter's junior prom and it did not look anything like the picture--it was very damaged. The wires were coming out of the bottom of the hem and the beads were falling off and it wasn't finished off at the edges and the zipper stuck. The return policy says they won't pay for return shipping if it is the wrong size or the customer does not like the product but this was a case where the product arrived damaged and in terrible condition. I tried to return it but even though it arrived damaged, they would not pay the return shipping so don't believe their return and exchange policy. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company but Novashe lied in their response to my company and I couldn't get my response back in on time so I ended up paying the whole amount. I still have the piece of junk dress and am so disappointed that I was fool enough not to read the reviews first. This is also a shell company with headquarters in other countries and China does not hold the company responsible for unethical business practices. Instead of offering to pay for the return (which is about $35), they offered me $20 and then $30--then they finally provided my credit card company with the return address (which they never provided to me) and asked me to lie on the customs form and put $$0.1 value instead of the actual $80 I paid for the dress. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY--if I could give zero stars I would--they do not deserve your business.

I have been trying to get a refund for 13 items that haven’t sent for a week and they will not reapply to me. I also have been tying to rerun the other items for a week and they will not give me answers. The Wurlitzer is so bad. The images online are fake with differ t products being sent

United States | 26 July 2018As EVERYONE has stated here, this is not a reliable company. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I have been waiting for 2 months for a black jumpsuit to arrive, and after multiple emails not responded back to, they tell me that my order is on the way, and that shipping takes 5-15 days. It has been well over 15 days and I am now accepting that I just threw my money away. Ridiculous. Stay away!
