Australia | 16 November 2017I purchased three items from Novashe and to say I was dissatisfied is the severest understatement. Not only was the quality of the clothing tacky and cheap,- but the lack of response from the customer service team has been less than exemplary having reached out to them on three separate occasions to no avail. The jacket I purchased is a joke, and looked nothing like the website because when I'm in it, I look like a wizard. Order number #10013716. I paid for express shipping but the items did not arrive for almost three weeks. Absolute waste of money. Still awaiting a response. Sort it out Novashe.

I finally got a response from you on Facebook but it just suggested what I've done 10+ times?? Did you actually read any of my emails?? All I wanted was a tracking number....and now it's obvious you're either a really sh@t company or you're Fraudulent....either way you need to be shut down.

United States | 11 November 2017I'm having the same issue as everyone else on here. No communication. I tried contacting them 7 times, there is no "live chat". I just want to cancel the order. I will ultimately file a chargeback if I don't get a response. I feel so dumb for ordering from them.

Bought 3 dresses from them worth USD 76.71 with express delivery on 24 Oct 2017 and have it be sent to an international address (because Novashe wrote they deliver internationally). The order information keep stating "Preparation in progress". Wrote them complaint letters so many times and hear nothing from them!

And it still says being processed. Not sure what that means. Was hoping to have this dress in time for a wedding. Looks like I'll have to find an alternative.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2017I have had a very similar experience to the below. I ordered two dresses which arrived and were terrible quality. I immediately filled in a returns form as instructed to do so, and then asked for an address to return the dresses to 7 TIMES and still haven't heard anything from them. I will keep sending them an email every day until I do - outrageous having stated on their website that they accept returns, to then try and wiggle out of receiving returns by not providing a return address.

We keep emailing and at first it was on it's way and a week later it was give it two to four weeks. Now they won't respond to our emails. I just want my product or my money back.

I ordered a backpack in August 2017 and today is Nov 4, 2017 still no package. I WISH I CAN GIVE A ZERO. United Kingdom | 04 November 2017Wish I could give 0 stars. Novashe is a scam company - bridesmaid dress arrived weeks late, in the wrong size and in very cheap material. To return an item, you have to email them, wait a few weeks, then fill out a form and send it back to them, and then post the item back to China (as well as pay £15 for shipping). A total waste of money, time and effort. Please don’t buy from Novashe.

I have e mailed them multiple times with no response. lack of customer service is aweful. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. If I ever do receive this dress it will be the last time I order from them.

United Kingdom | 26 October 2017DO NOT USE NOVASHE I'm feeling very upset and like a bit of an idiot for ordering from this site. I ordered a dress (£50) to try as a potential bridesmaid dress for my wedding. It took 4 weeks to arrive, and when it did turn up it was horrible quality. I emailed customer service as it states on their website, and I had to email 4 times before I received a response. They sent a returns form to fill in, which I filled in immediately and returned via email asking them to send me the returns address. I have since emailed 6 more times and still not received a response. No phone number is provided either. So clearly, they are a scam site. Although they do (eventually) provide the products, they make them cheaply and make it impossible for you to return them. I think the package came from Hong Kong, although I'm not sure where their head quarters are to report them.

No replies on Live Chat. Biggest mistake to go for this website. Just threw $25 in the drain .. buyers BEWARE. Avoid this site at all costs. Is there someplace we can complain or get our money back? They can't be operating smoothly still after doing this!

United Kingdom | 22 October 2017Still no reply to try and return products. They arrived over a month after ordering and were poor quality. To return them you need to email to get an address I've emailed four times and Facebook commented with no response. I would not advise buying from here.

United States | 19 October 2017NOVA SHE Review: Another name change? Navoshe, Unavoshe? They changed their name again so customers don't hear the truth about them. What a total SCAM company! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a dress for my daughter's homecoming from NOVASHE -size extra small. The dress was cheap fabric. It fit well everywhere, but the bust. Which was stiff , non-conforming and large. It stuck out 5-6 inches from my daughter's chest. It was almost costumeish. Then when I tried to return it I had to request a return by completing a return slip. Then and only then would they send me the return address- in China, of course. I had to request this information 4 times before they sent it to me. They first offered me $8 back and said to give the dress to someone else. Well, NO ONE could wear this dress. I returned it 3 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. Also, my very fair and honest feedback (1 star) on the dress was deleted 3 times off the web site. I also noticed another customer gave the dress a 1 star review, which was also deleted a few days after it posted. They are a total RIP OFF Company. Low quality clothes and very poor customer service.
