I ordered a dress and they charged me 10.68 over what the dress cost! I emailed them twice now with no response, and I’m getting very worried that I wasted my money. They haven’t even sent out an email saying they dispatched the item.

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. The product quality is rubbish. Don't buy from them unless you want to put the goods directly into the bin. Or return to China for a ridiculously high cost. What a scam.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!! I did not listen to my gut and ordered from this company from China....based on the pictures. What I got, a month later, did not look at all like the pictures and the sizes were MUCH SMALLER than American Sizes. This was a total waste of money.... PLEASE keep your money!!!!

The dress i ordered is absolutely worthless a penny! the quality is so poor and color is far far away from what was pictured! the sides of the dress are supposed to be tight on waist - and what i got?-they look like wings! who makes dresses like that!!! I need my money back immediately! I would not write here if they responded to my three messages i sent directly to them. Worse customer setvice ever:( Stop fooling people and seling crap to them! We spend time and money looking for dresses and here is the crap from you! Please do not buy anything from them!

Terrible, DO NOT BUY at NOVASHE. Thieves. What is the procedure to report this page to close the business? They are just copy paste the dates in which you will get ordered dresses but nothing happened. This is their customer support.

I ordered $70 worth of clothing and handbags on 9/22/17 and never received anything. I emailed on 10/1/17 asking when it would be shipped, and was given a date of 2-3 weeks because of heavy demand. I emailed again on 10/20/17 and was told my order had shipped and was given a tracking number, so I kept checking that. It seemed to work, but then it was delivered to Buffalo, NY. I live in Ohio. I emailed again and told them I live in Ohio and they should just return my money, but I've heard nothing from them since, even with repeated emails. The only thing different now is I get no response! I'm going to my bank and declining the transaction. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered $140 worth of clothing, returned $90 worth Because they did not fit. Followed all return instructions, including paying return shipping cost and now they will not respond to my emails or refund my money. TOTAL SCAM.

DO NOT BUY!! I spent $282 on complete trash. A couple items I bought were "on sale" which basically means that they were completely damaged, torn, unravelled...essentially not even fit for a thrift store. I have been emailing them for 2 months and I dont think they have ever actually responded to what I was saying. They either give me some bogus chinese address to send the stuff back to (which would cost $103) or they offer me a bizarre number ($3, $23, $80) that they will "refund me"for the damaged items. Even if I said Yes to the refund, they would respond to me with an address to send the clothes. They have been stalling for months now but I have reported them to the BBB and hav enow contacted my credit card company to take action. This has been such a nightmare.

I had ordered this dress very excited because it’s something that I’ve been wanting to get for a while. I ordered the dress and received it later than I was told and then wehen I opened the dress it didn’t look anything like the one in the picture. I tried returning it but when working with them to make that happen they were more difficult and weren’t willing to give me my money unless I paid for the dress to be sent back to China. They are difficult and their clothes are not worth the frustration that you are going to have to deal with. Pay the extra money to go somewhere else because it will be worth it 100%.

TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE.....Do not order anything....My dress didn't fit..come to find out it would have cost me $108.00 to send it back to CHINA...when I wasn't told it came from there!!! They offered me $5 back to my credit card if I just kept it or I could donate it. That's a first...Thanks Novasche for nothing.

ONE STAR IS 11 TO MANY!!! Ordered a shirt I found on Pinterest. Ordered on November 26, 2017. Money taken from my PayPal account on November 26, 2017. Was supposed to be Xmas gift. Tried to contact company 2 times, with no response from them. Filed a claim on January 28, 2018. I received an email from novoshe on January 31, 2018 saying my payment has been refunded. It will take 5-15 days for the refund. We will see. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. MAYBE STAY AWAY FROM PINTEREST, OR CHECK OUT THE COMPANIES THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Terrible slow service. Took them almost a month to process a simple dress order. I even paid extra to have the dress expedited and shipped. I'm still waiting for the dress to arrive. Bought for my daughter to attend her cousins wedding. Will most likely have to buy another since it seems this will not arrive on time. Hopefully I can receive a full refund, but after reading the other reviews, I'll probably get ripped off. Nowhere on the website indicates they an overseas company and the orders would take forever and a day. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from them. Do not trust these people or have any faith in them. They are Chinese nationals in Hong Kong who know they can rip off Americans and/or have bad customer service since they are overseas.

This website is actually Novashe not Unovashe. They advertise the goods as if they are coming from the USA, even advertise the pricing in USD. When actual fact everything comes from China, quality is appalling and goods are never recieved. Someone should close them down for misadvertising. Bunch of thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Trust me

Ordered a dress which arrived within a month, with the zipper broken and only padding on one side... Emailed them 4x no response, no live chat or contact number. Rip off to say the least.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... Delivery service was very slow took 5 to 6 weeks to arrive. I was not impressed with quality of this coat its very cheap stuff, definetly NOT worth the price. They show you something else on website and the will send you something else. Very poor customer service sent them an email twice no response, no live chat. Dont waste your time and money on this website.

Fraud company. Bought dress online but never got delivered.. lost 50$ and the customer service doesn't care to respond. They don't have phone contact or any information included on site. Never ever buy anything

The worst customer service ever... i received one item: too small. Trying to return it and get my refund for over a week? Not a single reply after many emails. My second item ordered?? Never received it. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid... truly the worst. And when u express your frustration about their services on fb, they blocked u not to deal with the issue and u lose everything. I just experienced it.
