This company is terrible customer service sucks they will not respond back to you via email Facebook or face chat they're more likely to rip you off then send you your item

The customer service is terrible!!! I have been waiting to receive the return address and send back 4 items for the value of $170 and they offered me $50 instead and keep the items. Now reading the reviews of this website it seems it is the common problem. I wish I had reviewed the website first but alas I was swept away by one of the Facebook pop up ads 😐 Also waiting for dresses from a similar company and I am now wondering if they are all the same scam and sending cheap dresses from China with no ability to return. Beware if you order from here as you will not receive your money back.

My experience with Novashe had its ups and downs but overall I ended up being a happy customer. The down was that the dress that I loved online did not fit as I had expected and will not work for the event it was intended for. But the GOOD part of working with Novashe was when I went to complete the return process, Novashe responded to my emails and made sure that I was taken care of overall and I appreciate the efforts they took to make sure that I was happy in the end! :)

Do not purchase anything from this site. Money SCAM. Customer Service does not exist. Email them to asked exchange size for 2 months or refund, still not resolved. Take the money soon I place order for my wife birthday present, the item did not arrived until 4 weeks later from China. Send it back on the next day. After 2 months no refund or exchange. Do not fool by their website and images or discount. Do not waste your money, Is not worth for one star but I have no choice to give 1 star to post my review. This website should be banned

Please read before trying to purchase anything from this site. COMPLETE SCAM. I was all excited about purchasing some items (of course I did not read reviews about this site first), when I tried to complete my order it kept saying invalid credit card and payment failed. I went ahead and tried 4 different cards, I got so annoyed that I decided to give up. I sent the company an email voicing the glitch with their system and no response back. I checked my order status and it was canceled. Well, they still charged my card even though my order was canceled. I contacted them for a refund and they responded that my payment was failed and to retry with PayPal since my credit card did not process. I assume I’m going to have a huge issue at this point getting my money back so I already disputed the charge with my credit card company. Don’t waste your time, these people are crooks.

Very bad company, won’t return your money. Don’t order from this people. It’s a scam!!!! I only wish someone can tell me how to report this company so they won’t be able to sell anymore in the US.

very bad quality not to mention they sent the wrong colour and when my sister tried to return them to get the RIGHT colour they told her that they will only refund $25. This is 2 wrong items they send (for brides maids, wedding in 2 weeks) and refuse to acknowledge their full wrong doing. horrible scam.

Misleading information on website, 3 sizes smaller than what was ordered, offered a $5 refund on a £26 sterling swimsuit for my wife. Laces on "Lace up" swimsuit missing, holes in the material, terrible quality workmanship, I could go on but you get the picture. Don't waste your money on this scam!

Poor customer service, live chat a joke always off line. Package was left in the wrong place because it did not include my apartment number which i listed on my shipping and billing information when i ordered. I contacted them the day after i saw online it was delivered, they asked me for the tracking number from JCEX, i sent it, then communication stopped. Went to the Post office to file an inquiry and complaint, and they found the package after looking for 3 days, it was opened, was sitting in the lobby of the wrong building in the outgoing chute. God knows how long it would have sat there if i did'nt go to follow up. NOW the company does not respond with the address to send the return. I wanted to just turn this around and be done with this company. we would have never purchased from oversee, but it was a misrepresentation on the site and too late afterwards to cancel. Lesson learned. Dress does not sit smoothly, it is too, too sheer, and neckline hangs too low for any bra. Don't bother, they dont even list the address to send returns to but want you to fill out a form to include in package and then contact them via email. People step uo your product line for the demands you make for returns. Customer service is non existent. I would have done less than one star. Can not and will not recommend this to anyone.

So bad. Also trying to return. They keep asking if I want to donate it while they give me a $10 refund... I just want to return the clothing and get my money back. Can this company be shut down?? Their clothes are TERRIBLE. I encourage everyone that's still waiting for a refund to file a complaint through econsumer.gov.

may I suggest never buying from this site! I am emailing back and forth to try and return stuff that doesn't fit. They refuse to give me an address to return it to. And are offering me very little to keep it. I just want to return the clothes!!

Ordered a dress. It arrived. Very poorly made. Darts on bustline dont match.Nice desigh but poor material and manufacture.Very cheap material. Have tried for 2 weeks to contact novashe to get direction for return by online chat and email to no avail. AVOID. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. Will be approaching barclaycard to complain.

One star is to much worse company ever. My delivery has been around the world. I ordered on march 2nd and its now April the 11th. Tracking states, my package has been returned to origin. And days later it says out for delivery. Total a$$ holes. No contact phone. Just shxt of a company

I wish I could say 0 stars!!! Worst company EVER!!!!!! Stay far away from this web site!!!!!!!! It’s horrible!! Bought a dress for a wedding 3 months ago and still have not received it!! I have emailed them so many times I have lost count and still have not heard anything back !!! And why is there no number to call!! I have learned my lesson!!! I will do research a lot of research before buying online again!!!

Fraud!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! The worst online company ever! I have emailed them so many times about my 5 missing items from my order since november 2017! Either they don’t reply or reply one senstence after I emailed then 4 to 5 times or they said my package is STILL in transit (for 4 months after I placed my order?!) What a terrible terrible terrible online shopping experience!

I never received my items and they won't answer my emails. I was only trying to get a staus. I tried live chat but it is just an icon on their website it even looks fake. It has been in a preparing for shipment status for 2 weeks. You get excited when you get the shipped email only to find out it really wasn't. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! What a mistake I made.
