Ordered item on 22nd April 2021 and as I write this review, the item has still not been received - it’s now 23rd December! Despite multiple emails being sent for updates on the Order, every email reply is an apology & an empty promise that the order will be dispatched the following month. Who on earth would think that an 8 month delay (& counting) is acceptable? Absolutely hopeless.

Ordered 2 flexi O liteloks 1, arrived really promptly, excellent quality, sturdy and fit on the bikes neatly. Excellent product, highly recommend them

Purchased the Litelok Core Moto lock in April 21. It was supposed to be delivered in September. When October came along, I emailed the company looking for my lock. Another delay, now until November. It’s now 3 weeks into December, with no lock in sight. Not a note, not an email apologising, nothing. Makes you wonder. I had to go on their website to find out that they won’t be shipping until January 2022… Really? A.R. Littlehampton

I bought this lock after my bike was almost stolen with a cheaper lock. I was excited that I could leave my bike when I went surfing. Unfortunately the keys do not hold up to salt water immersion. The little rubbery part separated after a few uses, the second key did the same...leaving me stranded without a ride home. I know this isn't the standard scenario, but I thought others might want to know if you get your key wet, or want to surf with your key in your wetsuit (as is normal)...probably not a good fit. I no longer use the lock, when I contacted the company to find out if I could get a replacement key they sounded unsure if it was possible.

Ordered core Moto lock as a pre-order back in May 2021, ship dates keep getting pushed back, very poor communication from lite lok, they were bold enough to come to the NEC Bike show Birmingham but don’t seem to have a product to ship to their many customers who have already paid for a product yet to be received!! I am too beginning to wonder if this is a scam!!

I am afraid these locks just dont work. A thief cut the lock with a portable angle grinder (cost £35 on amazon) and was off in 30 seconds. The company initially responded quickly and then I had to chase for a response. They offered me a replacement lock which I declined.Kryponite at least offer a bike replacement.

First of all they do look good and are light indeed, but the quality of them is shockingly bad! I had two Liteloks. The original Litelok O (bought 2018) and a LITELOK® Gold Wearable | Herringbone (bought 2019). The smaller O lasted less than two years. Both keys broke. I contacted Litelok and was told that any key cutter could supply me with a spare - failure - NO shop in Central London could do that, so I recycled the whole thing. Today my second one broke. The Herringbone lock is stuck and the key cannot be turned anymore. I cleaned it, used bike lubricant, nothing, cleaned it, used WD40 and still nothing. Left without a lock now after having paid twice quite the price to get it. I think my 10 year old Abus Bordo granite, although heavy, is tenfold worth the price. Shame I had great hopes!!!

UPDATE Contacted litelok again last week & was told will be delivered between now & the end of February, wasn't willing to wait any longer to possibly be told at end of February that it could be March or April or may etc so requested & received a refund. Good look to everyone still waiting & hope you get your lock soon, please let me know if you do get it & what you think, I may reconsider further down the road when they do actually send it out. UPDATE.. Still not heard anything from Litelok even though everyone was supposed to get an update on the 14th as per thr reply below, it's now 29th so 5 months since purchased. Gonna give it till early January incase thr on shut down then push for a refund. Shocking service. Purchased a litelok core in August, when I ordered it the website said pre order for September & nothing arrived, contacted them and they said will now be September/October, October passed and still nothing so contacted them again and got an email saying November/December, Just contacted them again as still not arrived and got this reply. (We are sorry to inform you that we have been faced with some further, unforeseen delays with LITELOK CORE. We are doing everything in our power to dispatch our CORE locks . Rest assured, we wish to keep all our customers up to date with the dispatch date, emailing customers with an update on the 14th of December) Beginning to think this is a scam, the lock will never arrive my money has gone. the litelok Go Flex O is a great new generation lock to secure your bike from getting stolen and its easy to use!

ordered Litelok core moto back in April, was told 3 month delay, now September, in September i had to contact them ( no effort to contact me) again, told more delays, now November 24th still not heard from them, no answer from their phone or their full mailbox, unable to leave a message, and this from a company who took my payment no quibble online back in April !!! bad bad bad, deal with at your peril. i'm now going through my card issuer to try and get my money back.

I bought this as part of my security for when I'm touring. After watching the a number of video reviews I bought one and have not been disappointed. The lock it extremely well made, feels very robust, comes with great packaging, is compact and is very easy to use. It's a lot more visible and visual than the chain I'd been using and will definitely be staying in my top box.

Habe ein Schloss bestellt, Mail ist gekommen das ist 1 Woche her.... Habe nachgefragt wann die Lieferung kommt(auf der HP steht Versand am nächsten Werktag) keine Antwort von der Service Abteilung ->Geld ist schon abgebucht.... Sehr sehr schlecht für die hoch Preisigen Schlösser. Mal sehn ob ich mein Schloss noch bekomme oder das Geld weg ist.... Update 04.11 Eine Antwort bekommen das noch umbauen und eine neue Anlage in Betrieb nehmen um das Schloss zu fertigen. Dann verkaufe ich das noch nicht.... Update 08.01.22 Noch kein Versand! Geld ist weg keine Ware da.Finger weg !!!

Disappointed, key broke after only a few uses. The plastic handle of our key snapped which means you can not hang it from a key ring anymore. I wouldn't mind, but after only 4/5 uses, this seems a very poor design. Contacted the company, I can order new keys, and they said they have never heard of this happened before, that my key must have been faulty. But even though they said my key was faulty, I have to pay the same, as if I was ordering a new set of keys because I lost mine. Poor key design, and poor service. I would also say it is very difficult to use, as obviously not very flexible, so overall disappointing, hard to carry around and hard to use.

Delivered very quickly, lock totally as described, easy to use and to coil up fairly small. Comes with carry bag, spare protective sleeve and two ties to keep it tightly coiled up. I would like it to have been slightly longer but obviously it would then be heavier and more bulky. Very satisfied. Bike is currently locked up with outside a hotel in France!

Excellent bit of kit. Very well engineered, with some very nice finishing touches such as the wraps to tie to the bike. Great stand out colour in the green. Well packaged and prompt delivery. As light as advertised and easy to wear as a belt.
