I wrote several mails, just aksing why the lock is still not shipped. No answer yet. If something is in stock I expect a fast delivery, if not please just put it on the website, I really dont believe thats such a hard job.

The lock is great. Light and easy to use. I've only knocked off a star due to the carrier (DHL) taking three attempts to deliver - at one point telling me that I had an 'incorrect address' despite having been here 20 years. Litelok did respond - but it still took DHL 2 more attempts.

Like most online review customers I tend to post mainly complaints. Good service is taken for granted. Nothing to see here, please move along. Before I ordered the Litelok Core I read a few uncomplimentary reviews on here. Nevertheless I thought I'd take a punt. Product was out of stock and I called Litelok to say I couldn't place an advance online order because of that. Debra in Customer Service was fantastic. I placed an order for a 75 cm lock. Then I changed my mind and called on the day it was to be shipped to change the order to 2 x 100cm locks. She refunded and took the new order. Then during the telephone conversation I changed my mind again and switched to 2 x 75 cm. She again refunded immediately as we spoke, issued the refund email and took payment for the new order, never once moaning, always positive. Frankly if I had been her I would have told me to naff off and to come back when I knew what I wanted. The product was shipped that day and delivered the next. I then asked via email if I could have an exchange for two keyed-alike locks. It seems that's a special order, 7-10 days. No problem said Hannah via email, we'll sort that, just return the original order and we will replace. No question, I am the customer from hell. The Litelok team took it in their stride and never blinked. Hats off. When the replacement locks arrive I may post again if they are as good as I'm led to believe. No bike lock is scallywag or grinder proof but I'm positive that 2 of these locks will make them think twice.

Excellent lock that is so easy to use It would be good to have the velcro straps integral on lock as it becomes a faff when trying to attach to frame of bike when mobile but great products from this UK company

After a bumpy delivery schedule, my lock arrived last Thursday. A well made and designed lock and light, compared to devices on the market. Used the lock last weekend and had no fear that i would return to an empty parking space. A great piece of kit.

Do not order from this company as they take your money by deception, look up the meaning of fraud and that is what's happening here. An order was placed on the 10th April with orders due to ship during the middle of April. Since placing the order I noticed that orders placed during the latter part of April were due for delivery during the middle of May. When I chased on the 05th May I was informed of the following; "We have have been in production of our remaining 125 orders this week and we aim to dispatch all by the end of next week." I chased again on the 18th May asking for a realistic date and today, 20th May I received the following; "As another busy week at LITELOK draws to a close, we’re writing to update you on progress with CORE production and thank you once again for your patience. We are now scaling week on week and will hopefully be able to fulfil your order in the next couple of weeks, please bear with us we are extremely close now." If you place an order today, 20th May the website says; "PRE-ORDER - DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND, WE EXPECT TO DISPATCH ANY NEW ORDERS WITHIN 2-4 WEEKS FROM YOUR ORDER DATE" Absolutely disgusting, avoid this company and purchase an alternative as christ knows what would happen with any returns/defective goods - You'll probably get a response in the year 2123.

Ordered a core moto litelock nearly a month ago now and apart from my money being taken and a confirmation email I've heard nothing more. I've emailed asking for an update or refund but not heard anything. Not good. I have just updated my rating and need to say I have now received my litelock and did receive good communication after I complained as well as an explanation about the production issues they've been having. Still would have been nice to know this when I ordered my lock. BTW the lock comes with a litelock bag which I thought was to put the lock in but it can't be as it's almost impossible to get the lock rolled up small enough. I managed it but the bag ripped as I tried to squeeze the lock inside. Lock looks good but maybe not as flexible or light as I was expecting it to be and I would say no easier than most chains to carry round with you.

I purchased a Litelok at the recent Bike Event at Alexandra Palace - London. The information and expert advice given was very helpful. Having used the lock I am confident that my bike is safe and secure when left in central London and anywhere. This is an excellent product and would highly recommend.

Over all an easy ordering process and I am very pleased with the product itself. There was a glitch in that the product went out of stock shortly after I placed my order and I wasn't informed of the delay. I contacted the customer service after 3 working days. Informed of the situation and promised I would receive the order in 2 days which was done. So apart from the slight breakdown of communication. Very good.

I already have a Litelok One from 2018 and wanted to buy another one so to join them to lock up my wife and my bikes together. I was looking at the Litelok core as this is top rated, but following further reading this will not work with my existing One lock, so opted for another One lock. Lock received, all good, went out with my wife on the bikes with the children, connected the locks together (female end of old lock and male end of new lock) thread them through all the bikes and went to connect the other end...... AND IT DOESNT CONNECT!! very anoyed by this as if I knew this was the case I would have ordered the Core. I have contacted Litelok via email and had a quick response. Their opperations director took the time to call me, which is greatly appreciated. They have explained the issue of development of the lock to maintain compliance with ever changing security standards, meaning that minor adjustments have been required making my old model not compatable with the new one and have promptly offered to resolve this for me which I am very grateful for. Hopefully they update the website with clear compatability information so others don't have the same experience.

As soon as I saw the lock I realised it was a winner, it gives gold standard protection without weighing a ton, and wearing it round ones waist is just perfect! Thanks Litelok.

Having read a number of reviews etc this lock has come up to expectations. Communication from Litelok was good and delivery was fine. The lock itself is well made. It feels robust so will hopefully last a long time. Although a bit pricey if it does last then it is a good investment to protect an expensive bike. The straps enable it to be fitted to the frame conveniently so it is out of the way and doesn’t need to be carried (in a pack etc). I have only used it a couple of times and so far cannot find a downside. Alan Rix

Purchased from the London Cycle Show, but not available there. Would be dispached from there depot 2 days later. Unfortunately I believe the carrier lost the delivery, so I had to request a replacement, which arrived 2 days later.,although in total 10 days late. When received product was good and what we needed. Easy to use and comfortable around the waist with the additional webbing belt purchsed extra.

A very good product. Would buy again without reservation. No lock or product of this type is 100% secure. But the opportunist thief would not bother to attempt a theft. The more determined would crack the code without a doubt. But a rare instance indeed. A very good deterrent and worth the money.

Very impressed, small and easily portable. Nevertheless sturdy enough to put off any perspective ne'er-do-well

Im November 2021 habe ich ein Core Moto-Schloss bestellt und 221,95 Euro bezahlt. Seitdem 4 x wegen der Lieferung angefragt und immer wieder vertröstet worden. Ich glaube es handelt sich hier um Betrug. I ordered and paid 221,95 Euro for a Core Moto lock in November 2021. Since then I have been asked 4 times about the delivery and have always been put off. I believe this is a scam.
