United Kingdom | 15 December 2024I have complete peace of mind that our ebikes will be safe as bike thief's want a quick steal and Litelok X1 will definitely discourage them after a minute or two and they'll look for another victim. I'm so happy with the Litelok X1 I bought 2.

United Kingdom | 14 December 2024Litelok tactical mount provides a safe and secure home for the X1. A snug fit make sure there is no rattling. The X1 has to be unlocked before it can be removed so no chance of it going missing if you should take eyes of the bike for one minute. I liked the mount which came with the lock but i prefer the horizontal position the tactical mount offers. The mount is easy to fit in 5 or 10 minutes. In my opinion there is nothing to dislike."

United States | 14 December 2024Since I had to start locking up my scooter outside the worksite I felt the Masterlock D lock wasn't good enough. So I bought the X1. What a big difference. I definitely feel much more relaxed that my scooter is locked outside. Little on the heavy side carrying the X1 in my backpack but well worth it.

United Kingdom | 03 November 2024Don't buy! I bought two litelok's had one of my bikes stolen, they was able to cut through it like butter. It was a expensive bike so spoke to somebody from customer service who simply wasn't bothered, there response was "if somebody wants to steal your bike no matter what lock you have they will find a way" funny how there is no mention of that in your videos when your trying to sell the lock and claiming how theif proof it really is 🤔

Austria | 11 September 2024I think the lock would actually be very good, I like the idea, so I give it two stars. The rest of my experience is very dodgy: Unfortunately, I received an obviously used and damaged lock. Someone has cut away the rubber at both ends of the shackle. You can see the scratch marks on the metal underneath. As a result, the shackle wobbles considerably in the crossbar and makes loud, annoying noises when I ride my bike. I tried to contact the company 12 days and several messages ago. I also sent them photos of the damaged areas. It wasn't until yesterday that I finally got a reply, but it didn't mention that the lock was damaged by someone who must have owned it before me, only that it's normal for the shackle in the crossbar to wobble. How can that be? It's really frustrating.

Norway | 08 September 2024I ordered this lock and was excited to receive it. At checkout the price was listed as 169 eur including VAT. I ordered it to Norway which is within the EEA, but has its own customs. Litelok gave a receipt that listed the total cost (without tax) of the lock as 169 eur, essentially raising the cost of the lock by 30% for me. The lock was shipped, but was never delivered and the tracking number shows it as returned to sender, without even having entered Norway. I have emailed them several times to their contact email, and after 3 weeks have not received any reply. Very disappointed, would caution against doing business with this company, especially if you live in a non-EU country. Now I’m just sitting here wondering if I’ll even get my money back. I posted this review to their own website but I’ve read notes here about them deleting poor reviews, it will be interesting to see if it also gets deleted.

France | 26 August 2024Le service client est top, malgré un problème qui semble récurrent sur leur antivol, la serrure de mon antivol ne tournait plus correctement nécessitant de forcer régulièrement pour que le cadenas s’ouvre. Après une réclamation, tout juste 1 an après, le service client m’a autorisé à retourner le produit et à obtenir un remboursement dans le cadre de la garantie. J’ai pu retourner très rapidement le cadenas et le remboursement m’est parvenu assez vite. Merci à Debra et Amber pour la prise en charge. Peut être un point à améliorer est le suivi du service client sur les demandes j’ai du attendre quelques fois plus de 5 jours pour avoir une réponse. Aussi malheureusement l’antivol n’étant pas très fiable je ne pourrais continuer à l’utiliser mais peut être suis-je un cas isolé ? Merci !

Denmark | 14 August 2024Deleted my review on their website. Generel bad quality product and slow shipping. Shortly, it is noisy and rattling, . The twist and go mount came with 2 different screws where one didn't work, and therefore unusable. The carrying bag was dirty.

France | 04 August 2024Je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement promis sous 14 jours...Litelok a pourtant bien réceptionné mon retour le 18 juillet 2024 nous sommes le 3 août 2024 et toujours aucun remboursement de 175.95€ de ma commande LLEU12286. Édit 04/08: je modifie ma note à la moyenne car j'ai enfin été remboursé, je ne sais pas si c'est suite à mon message sur Facebook mais le remboursement à été effectué très vite après, je ferais donc peut-être à nouveau confiance à Litelok si leurs produits deviennent disponibles en point de vente.

The next day it was clear they'd been an attempted theft, as there was clear signs of angle grinder damage to the outer skin of the litelok. However that's as far as they got, obviously stopped by the core and gave up. Have not hesitated to buy another. Yes long delivery times, but there's a reason they are struggling to meet demand!
