Very very helpful dealing with queries I had and very helpful sorting out a "missing" strap. Just about comfortable to wear for a few miles wouldnt like to do any distance carrying it on body but you want a strong lock? your gonna have to accept a weight penalty for greater security

United Kingdom | 01 July 2022Two weeks into a French cycle tour wearing a Litelock around my waist leaves me very impressed. I had worried the weight of it might become uncomfortable after several hours in the saddle but not at all. Infact I completely forget I'm wearing it. So far it's proved long enough to attach my bike to something immovable. A great product.

United Kingdom | 26 June 2022Litelok Core 1.5m. It’s very different from the original (flat) Litelok that I was first impressed by. Rather than buy the original I was persuaded to wait for the new Core version to be developed. I genuinely regret doing that. It’s supposed to be a big improvement but it’s so bulky and inflexible. I can’t find a convenient and safe way to carry it and it isn’t that great at locking the bike to other things. The 1m version might be easier to use but wouldn’t be much good for locking the bike to anything. After struggling with it for a few weeks I cut my losses and found a conventional chain/lock pairing that is far more practical so gets used.

United Kingdom | 24 June 2022My wife has used a litelok for a couple of years on her ebike. It is a great lock, though no one has obviously attempted to break it yet. The key recently got quite stiff to turn. I emailed the company and Deborah soon got back in touch with me advising a small drop of oil in the lock. This has worked perfectly - thank you. I agree its not so easy to store on a bike but we use panniers anyway. I guess there has to be a compromise between storage ability and security. and for us security is the priority.

Germany | 23 June 2022The Litelok Core saved my bike from being stolen two weeks after the lock has been delivered! (A second lock on my bike was cut through!) Unfortunately the Litelok Core is not useable anymore, so i ordered another two Litelok Core! Hopefully they will be delivered soon!

Netherlands | 22 June 2022Ik heb twee producten besteld, maar kreeg er slechts één geleverd. Vervolgens reageert Litelok op geen enkele e-mail van mij. Wel het geld incasseren maar geen oplossing bieden. Dat is alles behalve klantvriendelijkheid.

Luxembourg | 21 June 2022Hi, It's the very first time I've made a negative public statement about a manufacturer, but it really knocks the bottom out of the barrel and maybe now my complaint will find a definitive hearing. Since November last year so about 7 months ago I ordered a Litelok Core and since a few weeks ago a Litelok Core Moto. I have received neither the one nor the other lock. A shipping label was created for the Litelok Core Moto at UPS two weeks ago, but the package has never been shipped since. I actually wanted to cancel the orders several times but the aftersales ladies keep telling me that something is happening but other than a request for payment regarding customs fees for something I never received, I have received nothing. As I said either something happens now otherwise that was it .... Thanks for listening ...

United Kingdom | 20 June 2022I was an early adopter of the original litelok, the company was a new start up. That is a lot of years now that I have owned their product. It is a different offering to other locks combining the best in each class/ category but with some unique advantages. I really like having two locks with the same key. Thankfully I cant report on its resistance to theft! My only gripe is storage on the bike, no frame space for coiling & not keen on the top tube solution, my wife has ladies bike so no top tube. We are keen cycle tourists so with multiple racks & luggage their is always a storage solution. The gold secure locks were not suitable for wearing around the waste So fast forward to today, a visit to the NEC cycle show, a quick chat with the friendly & knowledgable guys on the stand and I have added the wearable cafe lock. It is comfortable, easier to lock & unlock but most importantly safer than my 3mm wire cafe lock! Nice show discount too!! Thanks guys

United Kingdom | 19 June 2022I bought a Litelok Silver back when it was crowdfunded and have been using it happily for several years. I’m still impressed by its usability and relative lightness. Whilst not a café lock, it fits perfectly in the badminton bag and rucksack, and now that I’ve been shown an option for wearing it on the shopping commute, it’s even more useful. Confidence-inspiring and great value.

United Kingdom | 13 June 2022The customer service from Litelok's Debroah was fantastic. I managed to get the lock before my trip and it gives me peace of mind. No 5* review because instructions for how to the wear the belt properly could be better and the little 'plug' where the key goes fell out after a week of use. Minor points to improve on.

United States | 04 June 2022This would be 5 stars, except that I purchased a LiteLok Go Combo pack under the assumption that both locks would be keyed the same. Keying is not described on the advertising page, but the FAQ states: "Our LITELOK Twins can be operated from the same set of keys. However, if you want 3 or more LITELOKs, or 2 LITELOK ONE Wearables to operate from the same set of keys then please add the following note on the cart page: 'Please key alike all locks in this order'." The FAQ didn't address the Combo pack, but I decided I would add the instruction to "key them alike" on the purchase page. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any place on the purchase page to add the instruction so I took a chance. Unfortunately again, the pair arrived in a single package but are keyed differently. I suggest that this be made abundantly clear on the advertising page. I love the locks, but I don't look forward to carrying an extra key on my ring.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2022Best customer experience in years and thankfully it’s British. I have had issues unlocking my Litelok and sent an email explaining my issue. Amazingly I got a phone call from Rachel on a Bank Holiday afternoon to help me resolve my issue. Not only did my problem get resolved but they have also agreed to replace my lock for a new one despite it being out of warranty. Absolutely first class. Best experience in years! Rachel was excellent.

United Kingdom | 01 June 2022I bought a Core lock. I am very happy with the colour. (Orange) Otherwise, the lock is not particularly light, it is not very flexible and the lock mechanism is sticky and annoying to use. The actual lock is too thick to easily thread through your spokes which combined with the very limited flexibility of the loop means that Litelok is much less useful or versatile than a chain or U-lock.
