We bought our 4 month old cockapoo an Equafleece in the summer for a camping trip. It was to keep him warm at night and dry during the heavy rain that was forecast. When I rang with his measurements they recommended a Dachshund size as he was so skinny. It fitted like a dream with growing room . He is now getting too small for it although it still kept him warm a dry yesterday on a very rainy walk. Will be ordering another without hesitation.

Having read some of the reviews, I was a little nervous about placing an order. I telephoned Equafleece in the first instance for advice on the size of body suit might be best for my 14 year old mini schnauzer girl and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. I was considering having a back zip put in but I was advised to have this fitted later once I was certain that the 18/20 standard size was the right fit. The bodysuit can be returned and a zip added at any time. Contrary to the advice given, I felt confident enough to order the bodysuit plus back zip without going through the purchase and return procedure. I ordered the bodysuit on 1st October and it arrived on 4th October. I was nervous as to whether the zip would be sewn in and all of my concerns were unfounded. The bodysuit is 100% perfect in every way. I have no complaints whatsoever and the service throughout has been faultless. I accept not everyone has had the same experience but based on my own, I'm glad I had the courage of my convictions and placed the order. Extremely happy and would recommend.

Really surprised by the negative reviews on here - I guess people are more likely to review if they've had a bad experience? Feel sorry for the people who have had issues, but want to say how great our experience has been. We've had three coats now from Equafleece and I can't believe how lovely they are . . . you'd need a plastic coat for 100% water resistance, but it's great for dogs to have a comfortable and flexible coat that keeps most rain off. Even after a heavy shower, our dogs are still completely dry underneath. One of our dogs loves to keep hers on indoors - a kind of snuggly comfort blanket. The coats have all arrived within a couple of days, even the customised ones I've ordered. The thing I like best is the sizing - we now have a chihuahua puppy, and I'd never thought I'd find a coat that fits, as she's tiny but has a long back. Entering her measurements on the Equafleece website didn't bring up the perfect size, but customer service replied straight away to my email with a suggested size/style, and it fitted perfectly! I then returned that coat, to swap it for the same but with a fancy collar (customised so non-refundable). Rang first to check that was okay, they were very helpful and polite, and the refund was processed very quickly. All good for us, and I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else for dog coats!

Third jumper purchased from equafleece. Great fit and great customer service. Dog sizing didn't show and exact fit, they advised based on the measurements the size needed. Fitted perfectly. Had to contact customer services as an item was missing from the order. Prompt response within 30 minutes with a resolution to the issue and an additional item as an apology. Unlike the other negative reviews around customer service I've never had any issues with the customer services and have been a regular customer over the last 4 years. Always found the staff to be pleasant and understanding.

I bought two summer suits for my dogs from Equafleece. My dogs wore them once and they were stained in grass, moss etc. I washed them and could not remove the stains. I tried everything before calling customer services looking for advice. They could not provide any. I the asked if I could contact the manufacturer for advice and the Company Owner refused this request. She was very very rude and unhelpful. I pointed out I did not want to return them I just required advice on how to clean them. She then suggested I, linked other reviewers, was trying to pull a fast one. That was her very words. She said if I bought a dress from Marks and Spencer and got grass stains on it which would not wash out I wouldn’t take it back would I. Please beware, if you have any issues with your garments they do not wish to know. Dreadful customer service

I recently ordered a body suit for my cockapoo.The customer service was excellent.Mary was so helpful and patient sorting out the right size. Isla now comes home clean and dry (only paws to wipe) and no more showers every time we come home. Wish I had known about these sooner.

I returned a dog jumper to them as they suggested and still hasn’t been sorted. I have phoned 5 times to speak to owner, Mary and still no Call back. Yesterday the telephone assistant was very rude and unprofessional and when I asked for her name, she kindly put the phone down. Poor after sales service.

Awful customer service and awful people, they dont refund in full and their sizes are rubbish, Avoid at all costs. Basically the customer is left out of pocket when ordering with these people! they dont refund shipping costs leaving the customer £5 if not more out of pocket. They should be ashamed of themselves as people and as a business leaving people out of pocket. If you can buy elsewhere with protection i.e Amazon prime (with Prime eligible) or Ebay then do so away from this business! I will be taking my complaint further as they are useless.

Totally disappointed in this company got a suit for my cockapoo 6 weeks ago it was great at first kept her dry. Then the last few weeks noticed she was coming back wet her full front legs and tummy tried to phone but was Informed their box was full and couldn't take a message so I emailed them got a reply asking for pictures of her with the suit on after having to send the photos twice only got an auto email saying they had received them then nothing. I phoned today again after a wait spoke to someone they agreed it was a proper fit but didn't know why she was wet the only solution they would come up with was for me at my expense send it back they would look at it and maybe contact equafleece I thought I was dealing directly with equafleece I pointed out it was winter so what was I supposed to do without a coat for weeks In the brochure it states 100 percent waterproof but they obviously do not want to know when something is faulty. It was an expensive coat that only lasted just over a month I would think twice before trusting this company

I am so impressed with my dog suit. I have just got back from a very muddy and wet walk and my cocker spaniel is dry and clean!!! (This never happens!) She was comfortable and it didn't restrict her "bounciness" at all. I am so thrilled with the coat that my friend will be purchasing one for her dog! When I called Equafleece the lady that I spoke to was very helpful and told me roughly how long I needed to wait. Fantastic service and amazing product! Will be recommending to all my dog friends and buying from Equafleece again.

Bought the polo kneck jumpers for my 3 dogs and my youngest one who’s nearly one had it on for an hour and decide to chew two holes in and also chew the belly strap 🙈 I was absolutely gutted, I have managed to sew the holes up and rang equafleece and they are sending me a belly strap free of charge, absolutely fantastic after sale service, lovely lady, thank you so much

SNUG AS A BUG IN A RUG. I received my young Dachshund’s first Equafleece as I had heard very positive comments from other dog owners. I found the online order form very clear, helpful and the size guidance was easy to use ( you input 4 measurements and it tells you which jumper should be ordered) there are jumpers designed just for Dachshunds. After inputting his measurements I was told to order the 22” no sleeve Daxcie size. 24hrs later it had arrived . The jumper fits perfectly and he seems to love wearing it. I rang Equafleece to thank them and they were lovely, whilst on the phone I was told the best way to wash and care for it. I did ask why the jumper on the Equafleece was a lot more expensive then ones advertised on eBay and Amazon. I was told the jumper direct from Equafleece was made by them in Devon and the material is polartec warmth whereas the ebay & Amazon aren’t polartec and just use the Equafleece design. I have now ordered a flourecent one for wearing at my brother’s home in French countryside. There are a lot of hunts around his property and want him to be warm but also seen he won’t be shot at.

Absolutely love equafleece. I have 2 English Springer Spaniels who are total muck tubs.. They have the tankies so after muddy walks it's just heads and legs to dry. Have to admit they have 'more than one ' each . Gunner my youngest is in a dog display team and we have team logo embroidered on black tankies . No they're not the cheapest but the quality is amazing and the staff are lovely too . I'd NEVER buy anything else Thank you for an amazing product

Thank you so much for your time at Crufts last week, it was amazing and we really appreciate it. It is the first time I have EVER asked for help for our Autism daughter and I was very conscious of asking for additional help on the Equafleece stand. I could see how incredibly busy you all were with the large volume of people. A true testimony to a fantastic product. As you know we were incredibly lucky to be invited by the Dogs for Good (DfG) Charity to Show our daughters cockapoo in the Main Arena in the morning. We have talked of Crufts so many times, but the thought of trying to get our daughter there has always put us off. Our daughter has a very special bond with her dog. Our daughters shopping list was simple, a new 'Nervous Dog Harness' and a new Equafleece Dog Suit in mulberry (we already have the Tank Top that we purchased when you were at the Midland Game Fair a number of years ago). Our hearts sank when we saw the volume of people at your stand and our daughter was clearly agitated. As I said above, we never ask for help, but sensing the disappointment on our daughters face I thought I would 'try my luck'. Thank you for listening and making the experience so easy, you will never know what this means to us as parents and the pleasure that it gave our daughter. It is something I could never convey. Your patience and understanding was incredible, particularly (as you saw) our pet dog is of a nervous disposition. Your offer of the T-Shirt body (and the colour brown) was definitely 'going the extra mile' and for that we are also eternally thankful. It worked so incredibly well, our daughter wants to keep it. I've been using equafleece for a couple of years now and it is well worth the money. A dog suit for my eldest and jumpers for the boys. My eldest dog gets very sick in the cold weather and I struggled for a long time to find something that keeps her warm enough without several layers. I now only need one layer, she is kept warm and it looks smart. She recently tore her last one on a walk and when I went to order it the website told me there would be a 6 week wait. I got in touch with the team and they were very quick to get back to me and managed to get one to me in two weeks - massive lifesaver! I will continue to stick with equafleece and am currently waiting to order one for my elderly cat to keep her warm as well - many thanks to you guys!

Just purchased my two spaniel the dog jumpers in the red and pine green,these are the second lot we have purchased, the last were approx 5 years ago.They are very good quality and do exactly what they are supposed to do, we purchased directly from Equafleece and not off Amazon I think they are copies!! We paid more direct from company and they are really a fabulous product.

Over the last 2-3 years have purchase Equafleece Dachshund jumpers for my Daxies in both slim fit and standard. Perfect both in the house and on walks. Wash beautifully and dry very quickly, naturally . Love Equafleece and so do my Dachshunds ----Thank you!

My 11½ year old German Shorthaired Pointer female (Trustpilot banned the b word here) Lara has started to feel the cold more this winter and shown signs of arthritis so I decided to get her a coat of some sort. I did a bit of internet research and asked other pointer owners what they thought and the name that kept coming up was Equafleece. Their website is very helpful, there's even a little video to make sure you measure your dog properly, with good photos and descriptions of the products available. They are not the cheapest but their prices are fair for a good product & service. I decided on a 28" fleece for Lara in a fetching loden green and ordered it on Tuesday afternoon, it was here on Thursday morning and Lara had her first clothed walk half an hour later, she took to the thing very quickly which isn't always the case with an older dog and new stuff. Equafleece got the new fleece to me as quickly as possible, it fits well and the dog is happy, five stars well deserved.

I love Equafleeces. I bought two of the Dog Suits for the winter as both my dogs are wimps. They are gorgeous, fabulous quality, very soft, nice bright colours. They fit well, and they both seem comfortable wearing them and able to run about freely as they usually would. They are great for keeping them dry in wet weather. The fleece gets wet and mucky, but inside they are warm and dry. I just peel them out of the fleece, give their mucky paws a rub and they're good as new. I've washed them a few times, and they're still as good as the day they came. I wasn't sure what size to buy when ordering as they are both a funny size, so I called and gave the details to the lady on the phone. She was very helpful and advised what size to try. She said if they didn't fit we could send them back to exchange for a bigger size. They arrived a couple of days later, and are both a perfect fit. They are quite pricey, but great value and well worth the money. I will be back to order some more for them to wear when the others are in the wash. Only downside is that they don't do them for people! I'd love a Equafleece onesie as they look and feel soooooo comfortable :)
