What an amazing company to deal with. From the moment I contacted them about sizing for a coat I received an email back quite quickly even though it was the weekend. Then order my cost and was warned it could take longer than usual it turned up a week later. They made the whole process easy and were lovely to deal with. The equafleece coat is fantastic looks nice and does the job well. Can't think the staff enough for making it so easy and pleasant from start to finish. Would reccomend highly and will certainly be using again. Thank you

Great service. Phoned to order a suit, expecting a 6-8 week delay but luckily they had stock of the size we needed. Arrived in a couple of days. Great product, washes well, much easier to wash it than our very large Irish doodle 😁. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service. First time user and sent measurements of our dog and a coat arrived fairly quickly. It did not fit and i spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady. The coat was the biggest they did so she suggested a jumper that should fit. She totally understood our needs and would highly recommend these people. Thanks

After ordering a Trunkie jumper for my dog and after having to return the item on two occasions due to under/over sizing (even after providing the company with my dog measurements) I was initially pleased with the purchase. However after washing it for the first time in my washing machine (alone and in accordance with their instructions) the item looked dreadful! It showed significant pilling and covered in lint from a previous towel wash. I contacted customer services who advised this often happened and sent me pictures and advice on how to remove the lint. So I spent an hour brushing the garment and due to the significant pilling the item still looked dreadful. Customer services asked me to send another photo, which I did and their advice was the item was still durable, even though perhaps not aesthetically pleasing to look at. They also suggested, when I advised that another dogs Equafleece coat had not been damaged by washing it in a machine that it may be a HOTTER dog purchase! Having spent over £30 - I found their comments and customer services extremely poor. My advice to anyone thinking about using Equafleece is don't, think again, unless you are happy with a customer services team who don't care what their products look like or customer feedback. There are lots of other companies out there to choose from and having read earlier reviews on this site, I now realise I am not the first person to receive such poor service. I certainly will be sharing my opinion with other dog walkers.

We have bought a couple of the Equafleece dog suits for our 5 month old cockapoo puppy. Despite being very busy due to lockdown, they sent a nice reply to my request for help with sizing quickly. The suits themselves are great, they keep our dog warm and dry and she gets so many compliments, and a few people have asked where to get the suits from. They also keep her clean, so we only have to wash her paws after she’s been playing in the park, and the suit is much easier to wash than the dog! It’s also not too difficult to put on. Also, Equafleece are a British business, with their products made in Devon. Highly recommended!

First time using the body suit - bought two for our two dogs First walk in the woods using the suits to cut down on the mud - within minutes both dogs have back legs out so we put them back in - second time gigs came back - one dog - the suit is completely off (couldn’t find it) other dog had both front legs out What a complete waste of money - would never buy another product

We ordered our little boys dogs suit on Thursday and was told it’ll be 5 weeks but it arrived two days later! Fits perfect and it’s super thick and warm. Perfect for snowy walks

I'm absolutely delighted with the dog suit that I ordered in mid-December for my mini-goldendoodle. Due to lockdown in 2020 I knew there was a production backlog, so couldn't order online as my required size was not in stock. I called up several times and eventually got through (they are incredibly busy and doing their best to answer calls) - the girl I spoke to was very helpful and advised it would be approx 5 weeks delivery which was fine with me. These items are quality, hand-made items, and not something that is mass produced in China, so I was content to wait on quality. I was delighted when the dog suit arrived on Christmas Eve, only two weeks after the order was placed. It fits perfect, keeps Tilly clean and warm, especially in all this snow and low temps. Yes, there may be cheaper alternatives available, but you get what you pay for and you can feel the quality with the Equafleece dog suit. I'd highly recommend this to other dog owners.

I’ve never received such incredible customer service from a company. Our parcel went missing and fortunately found and handed in on New Year’s Eve, we are so grateful for Louise emailing us so late to let us know our parcel had been found! The help with sizing paid off as the recommended size fits perfectly. The quality of the fleeces are amazing. I have a miniature dachshund and always struggled to find well fitting jumpers and jackets for her. 10/10 Equafleece we will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Fantastic service from equafleece once again just received my 4th item for my Boston terrier (2 tankies 2 jumpers) arrived in 2 days and so close to Christmas. Wouldn’t buy any other dog wear we’ve found the best .

I had an Equafleece coat for my Miniature Golden Doodle for a year and it was excellent, but it shrunk a bit so I ordered a new one. It arrived promptly but was too big; turns out she falls between 2 sizes. I altered it myself and after owning it for only 4 weeks, it tore along the back (nowhere near a seam) and she was only running after a squirrel; no sharp items in her way. I contacted customer support and they refused to replace it but I could send it back (at my own cost) for them to repair. Comparing the two coats, the second one is of lower quality and I'm not surprised it tore. They have consistently tried to blame me for the tear/fault and I would think twice before ordering from them again in the future. So disappointing.

I have dealt with Equafleece a couple of times. The first time, the item didn't work out and they were happy to work with me to get it right. More recently, they managed to get me an item even though stock was very low, and were helpful in responding on both phone and email. They had a message explaining it might take longer to respond, but in fact they got back to me in one day, on a Sunday! Great company (and great products).

Great company. I saw lots of dogs wearing these in the park so decided to give them a go. They were extremely helpful on the sizing (typical dachshund hard to get the length right!) the fleece and the t-shirt fit my dog like a dream. Looks/feels great quality and well made. Customer service was excellent, with great advice on the most appropriate items for us. There was a delay in making the products, due to COVID but it was very much worth the wait. They explained this at the very beginning I knew how long I would be waiting, and I am glad I did! Happy to be supporting a British company as well. Keep up the good work!

2nd time buying an Equafleece suit for my Cockerpoo, they are amazing and save me bathing her after every walk! Only issue is they are so good they are often sold out. Today I called up to see how long the wait to order would be, I spoke to Georgia who was the most helpful, lovely member of staff I could have hoped for... undoubtedly under a lot of pressure as demand is high, she was able to help me with my order and was just generally an absolute pleasure to talk too, she’s a real credit to the business and is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile! I recently ordered a blue dog-suit for my Cockapoo, having been recommended Equafleece by a neighbour, and am really pleased with my purchase. The fleece is thick and great quality, and the whole website/ordering/delivery service is excellent. I found the videos of how to put on/remove the suit really useful.

I have just bought a tankie for my Sprocker, for the days when the full suit is not needed. The suit has been keeping him warm and dry for a couple of years now and along with the tankie he is well set up for another Scottish winter! As ever, great service and great products.
