I wanted to buy our black greyhound Bella a jumper and used the sizing tool on the Equafleece site but I still wasn’t clear what size I should buy. I called them up and although I had to wait 20 minutes to get thru to someone (there is a ‘you are now number 7 in the queue..’ voice which helps manage expectations) they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sized Bella up over the phone I ended up buying two styles/colours in size 31/slim. The tankie and dog suit arrived promptly and fit as well as can be expected, given that my Bella is a bag of elbows! I am now much less worried about freezing mornings walking on the common and she looks mega cool in her neon tankie! I might end up adjusting the flappy hood bit which hovers over her tail as there seems to be an excess of fabric there - any smaller size would have been impossible to fit her deep chest and long legs thru. I have edited my review as I can see that aquafleece did infact refund me on the 4th of November, I missed this because I looked at the wrong account. The new fleece is a perfect fit and I'm happy with the service on reflection.

This is by far the best coat I’ve bought for my vizsla. The quality has only gotten better since the last one I bought over 2years ago. With all his vizsla ‘activity’ that is a long lasting coat. The easiest to clean - just throw in wash and also dryer. Bought the polo neck. Would buy again and again abs wonderful company to deal with.

I used the size calculator on the website which advised a fleece that was way too big for my dog. Aside from having to stand in a queue at the post office and then pay for postage to return the item, the tone and language on the returns form was quite shocking. Clearly there is nobody in this business looking at overall Customer Experience, because language and tone is a really simple and basic concept. Shouty capital letters ARE NOT VERY NICE. I opted for a refund instead of an exchange purely for the inconvenience and tone at this point.

Ordered the perfect size for our cockerpoo. Within 10 minutes of the very first wear of the £40 all in one suit, it had ripped 1mm from the seam. Contacted customer services and they refused to replace it, saying it wasn’t a manufacturing issue and they aren’t made to be indestructible! That may well be, but you would expect to get more than 10 minutes of wear from what is an expensive dog coat. I have no explanation as to why it split, it fitted correctly and it wasn’t torn on anything but Equafleece are not accepting any fault. Have offered to repair it free of charge but i have to send it back at my expense! An expensive shoddy product and poor customer service!

Amazing customer service & amazing quality! The staff were fantastic at talking me through how to measure correctly as my puppy’s measurements weren’t quite right & then by email taking the time to speak to me to choose the correct size. Just brilliant customer service & you don’t get that these days! The fleece/dog suit itself it lovely & my puppy looks gorgeous! The fleece stops him from getting covered in mud so perfect & will use throughout the winter for warmth on walks. Would totally recommend. Thank you Equafleece!

Just ordered another coat for my dachshund Teddy. Fabulous service yet again! Great delivery (within 2 weeks as his coat is handmade for him), good communication. Brilliant quality product, customer service great as well due to my error with the size. They called back and talked through the sizing for my dog which would be perfect. The fleece arrived today and fit him perfectly.

Ordered 2 red suits ( we have 2 dogs ) by E,Mail late on Fri so didn't expect it to be read till Mon, But received e.mail back Fri evening stating that 1 was out of stock offering me the option of a different colour or waiting for 1 to be made , I replied that I would wait. Was surprised to received a reply on Sat morning stating that as they was in the office they would start on the one that was out of stock, Wed received a mail stating that it was dispatched later got a message from royal mail stating it would be delivered Thur morning, THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE

I cannot recommend this company any more than I am going too. From start to finish en excellent service, helpful, friendly, patient staff. I ordered two dog suits, I left my husband too measure one of the dogs whilst I did the other hence the wrong sizing on his dog. I contacted Equafleece who explained the service and returns, as one of my fur babies is missing a front leg they offered to removed and patched the excess leg in the suit when I mentioned this. I posted the suits back to them on the Thursday afternoon and received the altered and correctly sized suits on the Monday morning. What great service! As for the suits, they fit beautifully, feel nice to the touch and the dogs don't mind wearing them. Personally I would recommend paying the small extra fee to have the zip put in them for ease, well worth it.

I wanted a full size dog suit for my old girl as her back legs were shivering some times. I got the black dog suit and the sizes I put in for my dog didn't come up with an average size. I contacted the team and they recommended a size which fit perfectly for my dog. The coat arrived 4 days after ordering even though they said there may be delays due to stock etc. My dog loves it, she is happy to wear it unlike other coats I have bought her and it seems to have done the trick! I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a suit for my dog, the wrong size was sent out so contacted Equafleece and they made us send the other back (which we had to pay postage and no offer of them paying it) then we are still waiting for our replacement suit almost a month later. No apology or offer of some sort of partial refund. Very bad customer service in our opinion and I will be warning others of this when they ask about the company in future.

We recently purchased an equafleece for our dog Obie. We were so impressed with the quality. Unfortunately it ended up becoming damaged. The customer service we received was amazing. We then received another coat which was great. Our dog was attacked my another dog whilst on a walk and we honestly believed the quality of the Equafleece saved our dog from an injury. We are so impressed with the quality and customer service and would 100% recommend this company/ product.

Even though the wait time for your item can take awhile the dog suits are by far the best you can get. My dogs always get loads of compliments while wearing them and they wash really well. Emails are always responded to quickly and politely. Good company
