This company is second to none and so are their products. I have had several dog jumpers over the years for the various sized dogs we have had. I now have a new rescue dog who is much larger than my previous ones and not quite a 'standard' shape. I measured (great video to show you how) but still managed to make an error. We are travelling to the French coast on Saturday so called to see what best to do. We re-measured over the phone and the replacement arrived yesterday and is perfect. I returned the original on Saturday and have already received my refund. Customer Service 10/10 Product 10/10 BTW they can be machine washed & tumble dried & are also water repellent... an ace coat for my precious pup.

Their customer service is fantastic. I ordered the wrong size for my dog and it was sorted and managed in less that a week. They answered all my small questions and I only wish other people were as good as this.

I have a small Shih Tzu who real feels the cold. Tried all the standard coats but none of them fitted properly. Tried Equafleece, first one had too long a neck but very helpful customer service assistant helped me to select the perfect coat which fits beautifully and keeps him really warm. The quality of materials and workmanship are excellent. I have hand washed it a couple of times ant it still looks and fits like new. Very happy customer!

Just bought a dog suit for my Chihuahua. The legs were too long so cut them shorter which was fine. She wasn't happy walking in it at first, but is slowly getting used to it. Only disappointing point, is that there is no hole to poke the harness clips through to attach a lead, so I'm going to cut a hole and hope it's ok. I did try putting the harness over the dog suit, but then too difficult to remove if dog is too hot.

I ordered from them on Nov 18 several days after the Canada post strike (Nov 15) but they still shipped Canada post! There was no option to choose the carrier and I had no idea which one they were going to use, assuming they would use one that's functioning. I wrote them and their response was "how frustrating for you". I have yet to receive the two sweaters and it's getting cold here. Two sweaters were over $200 Canadian. :/

Ordered 2 dog jumpers for my Springer Spaniel and Labrador. Equafleece provided very prompt advice regarding sizing (on a Sunday afternoon) and both coats are a prefect fit and excellent quality. the Labrador in particular absolutely loves hers. I would definitely recommend this Company to any dog owner.

Company very helpful when needing to know what size is best to fit dog. Had two fleece dog jumpers which fit perfectly my10 month old boston terrier puppy. Also, just ordered polo neck coat for 11 year old dandie dinmont. Items exactly as described.

I’ve now ordered three of these suits for my Papillon. Best thing ever. She has two summer suits and the winter fleece one. They are life changing! Previously she’d have to go in the bath after a wet walk because her fur would collect leaves, dirt, mud and all sorts whereas now it’s just a quick paw wipe! Equafleece were also so helpful when I first contacted them about sizing and they respond so quickly. Excellent customer service plus they post out immediately. I cannot recommend them and their product highly enough. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase any of their items

Bought my elderly dog a dog suit to keep him warm and it's brilliant. His walk has now doubled in time as he is wanting to spend more time outside sniffing, which is what he loves. He is generally moving better in the suit too.

I have bought from equafleece for a number of years. It was time this year for both my dogs to have new suits. As with us all as we've gotten older our body shapes have changed, The help and amount of patience I've recieved from equafleece has been fantastic. I did struggle with getting the size right on one of my dogs but all the team spent time sorting out the correct size from photos I sent. I’m absolutely delighted I bought my perfect sized Lhasa apso this dog suit, size 16 standard. It’s a perfect fit, thick, warm, soft , comfortable and she loves it!
