We had our hearts set on a Herman Miller Sayl chair for our home office. It was an expensive purchase, but much less so from Wellworking than from other suppliers. That meant we could afford to build our own with all of the features that we wanted. Wellworking made everything very easy, from order to delivery, with good comms to check that all of the details were correct.

Extra praise goes to Phil who delivered the chair. After a long drive from London he arrived with the chair already assembled and he also took the time out to give me tips on how to get the best experience out of my purchase. Bought an expensive chair from these guys but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I asked to return it and they very efficiently organised it with a collection free of charge - they didn't even need the original packaging. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. Great experience even though I didn't finally buy anything! I will in future however, just as soon as lockdown ends and I can try a few out before buying

Great Store and great customer service

A revelation.3 hours at my desk in my old 'ergonomic' chair - then the Herman Miller arrived, assembled and ready to use by Wellworking's own delivery folk, exactly on time. Took 10 mins to understand how to adjust it and get it right for me, then 7 hours straight in that chair. My old chair would see me with back pain, leg pain hip pain within an hour, wriggling and writhing to get comfortable. 7 hours in this chair - no pain, no wriggle, better posture and a huge smile on my face. Worth every single penny and more.
