Wellworking were the clear best option for my new office. They're an official reseller of Herman Miller, provided the best price, quick and free delivery, gave the right level of communication for my product orders and generally were great all-round. 100% recommended for anyone looking for great products for their office needs with excellent customer service.

Received my Aeron in perfect condition and on time, ready unpacked for me with nothing further to do than wheel into place and read instructions. Third time we have used WellWorking with no issues - including handling the return of a chair that was squeaking.

Amazing. I ordered a bespoke chair so obviously there was a fair delay from order to delivery but I knew this at purchase. The delivery estimate given was spot on and it arrived in the 1 hour window as advised. When I opened my door there it was fully unwrapped and assembled so all I had to do was wheel it in. They gent who delivered it was super nice and they do offer a video consultation service too if you need help but everything seemed pretty self explanatory. My husband was so jealous he ordered a chair for himself the next day :-) can’t recommend highly enough given my seamless experience.

Very good with comms and providing delivery date fast. Delivery came an hour before the scheduled delivery window which was not great as I was in a meeting. Also they got the wheels on the chair of my product dirty (muddy and scuffy).

Service was excellent. I received helpful and honest advice when I phoned up. My chair arrived very quickly, it was as described on the website and the delivery driver helpfully lifted it into the hall. I was very pleased the chair was a already assembled. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a custom spec, non stock RH 400 chair for my son, and got the delivery a day earlier than quoted. All good. The whole experience from the ordering to the delivery was very positive, customer focused, responsive, caring. This chair is so perfect, and very reasonably priced at Wellworking. This is the 3rd one I bought from them since 2014 as everyone in the family wants one.

Quick hassle free delivery, when I thought I had an issue with the chair, immediate replacement was arranged and when I realised there was not an issue, they were perfectly polite. Great service experience, will use again.
