I think they use their own delivery network and my chair was delivered quickly with no fuss by someone who seemed like a specialist. Not some crazy Amazon delivery guy who chucks your furniture at you, but rather a competent human who put everything together for me before handing it over and explained everything that he'd done. In a time where customer service seems to have fallen off a cliff (with a year into the pandemic, covid being a very overused excuse for poorly ran companies) it was very refreshing to deal with a professional company who deliver on what they claim. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron on Monday, had a delivery date confirmed for Wednesday within a couple of hours and a one hour delivery time slot the day before. I must say after waiting in all day Saturday for a promised delivery from another big office supplier based in London, that never materialised, whilst the treatment and communication from Wellworking was so much better, I wasn't imagining sitting in the chair just yet. When there was heavy snow fall on the day of the delivery I got even more prepared to not have an office chair for another day, but I shouldn't have, despite the weather, the delivery was prompt and delivered by Wellworking themselves, not a courier who may not deliver the chair in one piece. Big thanks to their delivery man who must have hell of a day getting around the country. Overall I couldn't ask for anything more, thanks for giving me faith there are some great companies still out there.
