Great service, swift delivery and regular contact after order submission. Only down side, some of the wood delivered was warped, which was too extreme to be unusable on my project.

Having made a mess of an online order which was going to take 2 weeks for delivery, I called into the Waterfoot branch and they delivered my order the next day and orrganised a refund for the online order. Always top class service.
