Overall the service was excellent except that the advertised delivery times was rather delayed. Your advertised delivery is 3/4 days but ours ran to weeks.

I needed timber for a very large raised bed I was making. I had no idea what I needed or what timber was best for the job. After my initial reservations about going into the shop and yard, Andy and Ron eased those reservations. They spent time going through all the different timbers, dimensions, and prices of each item. They were patient, friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the help guys.

So easy to order online, the date I had chosen happened to be Easter Saturday but had an email first thing the next morning from Thomas to arrange another date with no problem at all, on the day the delivery driver was helpful and very polite and I'm absolutely made up with the fantastic quality of the panels I have purchased, I would highly recommend NWTT.
