Polite, helpful and efficient in my experience. Went in to look at some fence panels having seen them on their web site. Ordered 9 panels and had them delivered from stock the next morning. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent company. Have previously had a large shipment of timber delivered to home address as-well as calling into the store to collect some bits. Home delivery this time again & excellent service. Delivery driver was great dropping off some aggregates. Used the Hiab to neatly place the stones in a corner out of the way. Thanks. A+.

Phoned and enquired about some timber, went in with the information given and had first class service with immediate help. Excellent place, will definitely use them for all my timber requirements.

Ordered concrete panels and had them delivered. The driver was so helpful and managed to move them to where I needed as I’m on my own and there was no way I could of done it! Have used before picking up in store and they are always helpful and now can add great service for delivery too.

I can honestly say that I have never felt so welcome as I did at NWTT. The counter staff could not do enough to help me, as I’m abit of a novice at diy lol.The guys on the yard were so helpful and very patient with me, and I felt highly honoured when I was was told that I was served by the MD keep up the good work.

Shop is dark and dirty ,items not priced up .Staff are ignorant left waiting 10 minutes at the till , while cashier on the phone and other members of staff chatted.forktruck drivers no better unhelpful, Have used this company numerous times but this is the last time ,go elsewhere in future or do without.have looked at customer reviews on nwtt website all good ,LOL all LIES I bet . Management wànts sacking and staff need replacing with competent helpful friendly ones.

Worst and most ignorant company and set of people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with ,, avoid this company like the plague..

we were sent out furniture that had been badly damaged and was covered in bird poo. waited weeks for replacement. when their staff member was delivering, they damaged Plants in my garden that were brand new and cost me £74.00. I sent stills from a cctv camera to the company as proof and asked for the cost of the plants to be covered. They gave me the run around for over a week and eventually sent me a curt email telling me that i would get a voucher for £20 and the matter was closed. disgusting customer service. I will never use them again.
