Called in wanting 12mm Chinese ply cut to 400mm wide by 610 long, was advised to have this cut from 1220 X 1220 sheets which unbeknown to me were much more expensive than cutting from 2440 X 1220, Chap at the till tried to charge me £63 to which I objected and he recalculated it to be £45.60. There is a cutting charge at £1.60 per cut which never used to be. Will not be returning
