Product is excellent. Service is much appreciated as I only could be home to receive on one specific morning before noon, and they were here first thing that morning of the day. Excellent. North West makes it happen. And, delivery was only a 5iver for a huge 1 inch thick 4x8 sheet of Malaysian hard wood.

Some of the timber joists where warped and unusable and had to be returned. All timber was v wet which is not great. A quick visual inspection from the yard when loading should pick up issues like this.

Excellent service. My delivery came on the day that I ordered it for. The price was excellent. Delivery driver was excellent, made my little boys day. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he even asked if I would like to check the product to make sure I was happy with it before he unloaded it. Would definitely recommend and buy from this company again. This isn’t a negative, just feedback 😊 The only one thing I would say could be an improvement is maybe a text/email to say the order was confirmed and maybe send an update on the delivery day, just for peace of mind. After I ordered I got a receipt but didn’t get any updates afterwards.

My delivery was made on the day that I requested early in the morning. The aggregate and bark was of a good quality. The gentleman who delivered it was very helpful and polite and couldnt do enough to make sure everything delivered was in an easily accessable place.
