Ordered a few pieces of wood, untreated, by mistake. Spoke to somebody in the office, he said bring it back and they'd swap it for treated. Guys in the shop knew what was going on, so I had the replacement wood in ten minutes. Great service from the guys in the office, shop and yard.

Helpful staff instore and if items have been delivered. I would rather go there rather than BnQ, Wickes or Selco, overall very good, great even ! experience dealing with the great bunch of staff at Lymm. As for the date of my visit there has been a good handful and there will be more.

With Ian's amazing help, we loaded my car full of timber for a new raised bed I am creating and it went without a hitch! Was given some good advice & they delivered the stones the next day. Phoned me before delivery as I needed to be there so I could show him where I wanted the bag of stones to go so it would not cause any problems for my neighbours or myself. Really pleased with the service I received. Thank you

Helpful staff

With a brief phone call, following order placement online, delivery was expediated. Delivery was made on time and the materials off loaded to my requirements/expectations. A minor error in the material delivery was quickly resolved, without any quibbling.

The staff in the Skelmersdale branch were very helpful. I ordered roof battens by phone on Saturday morning, they placed them on special order for me and kept me up to date on arrival at the branch. They also cut them to the required size for me, can't ask for any more. Definitely use again.
