I wouldn't say great. this shake can help you bulk up. it contains according to the stats in nutrition facts a lot of protein and calories. but where are the amino acids? the vitamins and minerals? where are they listed? I've bought other shakes at a higher pricepoint of course but with these factors which can't be ignored. is it a shake? more like a liquid form of it. super mixable. super liquidy. taste? out of 100 I would give it 89. It tastes like Cookies and cream ice cream mixed with water. super watery. but then, I've yet to mix with milk. I bet it would taste in that situation more close to it. is it healthy? I felt full after 2 servings of 2 scoops per meal. which brings that serving of 73 or something to 30 something. perfect for a month of bulk. I bought a TON of food. so we'll see how it sinergises over all with every drop of hard work I will put with it as well. I have previously gained 25+ pounds of muscle after a rhabdomyolisis diagnose and after almost dying permanently at a 115pounds. now at 160, 1 month prior at 175 I've yet to wonder if military training really is tailored to make a better soldier. but I've yet to find a fat or super muscular military man. unless steroided of course. This shake. I hope with the help of my applied proffesional knowledge, although not as professional as that of MR's Coleman. Will help my weight plateau improve and further stretch to my true natural goal. 200lbs of muscle and a slight belly fat with it. If anything magical happens, I will ignore the fact the shake tastes like scraps from a cheap cookies & cream ice cream mixed with water and stop crying about the fact I was charged $36 shipping for it. After all, not everything is bad about it. and surely, MR Coleman might be hiding some good secrets on it for the true audience regarding potential competition clients.
