I accidentally put the wrong delivery address when I placed an order. The M&S team was empathetic of my mistake and helped me through the process communicating how to go about getting the delivery picked up, returned, then to the correct address at no additional fees or drama. Things had to be done through email as the online chat and phone options didn't seem to work, but I'm grateful to get my order!

I bought several of the same item so I could get the free shipping. The expiration date on all of them were only 2 months in advance. The one that I already had open from another site had an expiration date well over a year in advance. The shipping was prompt and the packaging was very protective. My only complaint is the expiration date.
