Ero un po’ preoccupata dalle recensioni sui tempi di spedizione poiché avevo i giorni contati essendo un regalo. Devo dire però che sono piacevolmente sorpresa: l’ordine è arrivato oggi dopo esattamente 4 giorni (considerando che dove abito solitamente in meno di 5-7 giorni non consegnano, ricevere la spedizione in così poco tempo è rarissimo). L’articolo è in condizioni perfette e ben impacchettato, prezzi super vantaggiosi e una scelta vastissima. Ho avuto solo un piccolo intoppo al momento del pagamento in quanto la mia carta rifiutava il sito, ma ho potuto aggirare il problema pagando con Scalapay ed è filato tutto liscio. Avete sicuramente conquistato una nuova cliente!

Very perfect price for luxury brands. Very fast shipping it took exactly 7 days from Italy to Saudi Arabia. The only thing that I don’t like is the price’s doesn’t include tax and duties.

Pacco spedito dopo 15 giorni dall’acquisto senza avvisare/rassicurare il cliente, inoltre una volta spedito è stato recapitato anche ad un indirizzo sbagliato!

The product price is good compared to other websites but I would recommend to give the option to pay taxes and handling duties upon checkout, also the delivery was delayed I would recommend to change the delivery company from Fedex to DHL

This is my first time order from Coltorti, and it was pretty good. I received the package within 10 days, which was slightly slower than expected but acceptable. The price of my product turned out to be cheaper than others with discount code and even local tax applied.I’m quite happy with the experience, may use them again!

Spedizione lentissima, servizio clienti poco chiaro. Mi hanno detto il pacco fosse partito (dopo mia insistenza nel chiedere) quando in realtà il numero di tracciamento fornitomi non confermava alcuna spedizione. Italia su Italia spedizione di 1 settimana. Non eccellente come questo negozio si presenta.

I got the product much latter than expected. I wanted to use it for an event and got it a week after.

Very bad experience. It took nearly 30 days before my order was delivered but the money was withdrawned immediately. There was no information of the delay from customer service. When I wrote them I was told that the fault was caused by DHL and the I should place the order once more so it could be shipped even though they had already withdrawned the money.
