United States | 01 December 2021As others have mentioned their customer service is lacking it’s going on day three that I have yet to hear back about my wanting to cancel the order before it ships. The login page didn’t work saying “incorrect password or my account was disabled” and forgot password didn’t work but I was allowed to make another account with the same email again but no info on my order or if it has been shipped either. Hoping a rep on here responds or I’ll dispute on my card this is ridiculous.
