This is my worst experience ever! I bought a luxury bag with Coltorti, once I received notice there was a VERY obvious MARK on it! It’s hard to believe the bag supposed to be brand new( definitely I didn’t buy pre-own). Wish it’s not fake….. Also the rapping was disappointing(in a brand cover bag and that’s it!) No receipt of boutique purchases, no return invoice. Nothing! It feels like I purchased something from target…not anything like a luxury brand should be rapped in. Also payed 324 dollars for duty before receiving it…Hard to return! Conclusion: my experience taught me never shop with Coltorti again!

My experience was very pleasant. I had ordered two items. Both came within a week. Both were shipped to the United States. Both products were in great new condition with tags and packaging included. I will be ordering from this site again.

If I could rate it lower than zero I would. I ordered boots. I was waiting fir them and got a call from the courier indicating I had to pay duty fees before they could deliver. The duty fees were over $100. I was never told by the vendor about this extra charge. I attempted to contact the vendor over 6 times in a 4 day period with no response. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction. I will never deal with this company. It was disengenuous to know that I will need to pay duty fees and not inform me beforehand or not to even respond to numerous attempts to communicate with them. Please be forewarned that this merchant is not truthful and you will get stuck paying extra for your item. Please note the vendor just responded to this review by indicating that one of the days when I emailed them was a national holiday in Italy. Please note that I never got any response from the vendor other than the one they posted on trustpilot. They could have emailed to me at any point and never bothered doing so until after I wrote this review. I submit that again this is not right. The vendor could have emailed me after the national holiday was over. I posted this review about 10 days after my emails to them went unanswered. I rarely review vendors, and never give bad reviews, but this is just a bit ridiculous and ppl need to know what they are getting into. All I want at this point is to get my money back on a pair of boots I wanted, but absolutely don’t want them if I’m being charged for duty fees over $100, which I was not aware of- not so much because of the money but more so because I’m not a fool. Such fees and costs should come up on the invoice initially so the customer knows what they are getting into. Some companies even put it in as an “estimate”, so that gives the customer an idea of the cost. My only complaint is the need for being more transparent.

I ordered an exquisite mini dress with lace sleeves by Dolce & Gabbana and it was packed beautifully and fit perfectly. It was a risk since I live in the USA, but I'm so glad I took the risk.

I would definitely rated 0 star if there is an option. Communicating to the customer service is extremely hard and no one cares about solving the issue for you. I would also say this website shipping policy is very cheating - it will collect shipping fee for both way if you have anything that doesn’t work out. It didn’t say it on the website straightforward. You would end up paying 30 dollars just for the shipping plus any tax and duty you lost. This is very not worth it. I would recommend think twice before make purchase on this website as the shipping and return is so much hassle - where all other shopping website has free shipping and return and this one charges you so much hidden fee that it didn’t say at front.

I have ordered a pinko belt on this website two weeks ago. I still have not received it, support doesn’t want to answer in a proper way. Moreover, I can’t log in my account, I think they deleted or disabled it. Besides, Italian post says that my shipment was returned to the sender and I don’t know how to get my money back or even to receive my belt. I’m now looking into taking legal action. I really want to receive my belt but I don’t know is it possible or not

This company has absolutely terrible service I ordered a jacket it landed in the Uk to find out there was a 235 pound charged from DHL. DHL then returned the item which I also paid for and I still haven’t received my refund I’ve emailed these guys 4 times with no response NOT ONE I’m now looking into taking legal action so please I would not advise anyone to buy from this company there is no direct contact with them so be warned!!!

The site itself was great. The item was in perfect condition when I got it. However, the delivery company they use is not as reliable. According to the tracking information the package was delivered two days earlier than what the actual date was, which, when the item is quite pricy, can give one a lot of anxiety.

Delivery was really fast from Italy to Singapore and the box was wrapped in bubble wrap inside another box. Packaging was very secured.

Shopping was alright I was not over the moon with my purchase as I was not coz there was custom duty to be paid and I was not aware of it. Other eu websites are not asking anymore after you make your purchase. And if you denied to accept the duty fees your shopping may be distroyed and may not be refunded or the return charges will be applied. So be 100000% carefully using this site.

My order number is 14000149209 and I ordered a bag. The date I ordered was November 30, now six days passed but I did not receive any email about the shipment. I checked my account every day, the status always showed processing and today it showed complete, but I never received the bag. I hope to know what happened with my order, thank you. Update: I received the tracking no.after I communicated with customer service on 6 December, but 10 days passed, I have not received the bag yet, that’s terrible! Update: The customer service replied me timely and DHL texted me to pay the duty(total CAD157.87,it is reasonable, the same as 12% taxes in Canada). After Completed that on Friday, DHL delivered the bag to me on Sunday! The bag was perfectly wrapped and in good condition. I like it very much so I changed the rate from 1 to 4. Anyway, contact the customer service as soon as possible when you meet any problem.

#12000018849 - The Boss t-shirt 3-pack that I bought from you is actually classified as underwear on the Boss website, yet was not mentioned on Coltorti website hence I bought these t-shirts for outdoor use. I asked for Coltorti clarification and was advised that t-shirts can be used indoors and outdoors, which I not true (please see article number on manufacturer's website showing it as underwear). If Coltorti will not reimburse me or allow me to exchange these products for the correct Boss t-shirt 3-pack for outdoor use, I most certainly will not purchase again or recommend Coltorti to anyone.
