I’m in a dispute at the moment with my order! Talking with customer service regarding my order a stone island jacket I cancelled my order on the 18 July but they sent the item on the 19th they are now saying to me that the shipment has been processed and they can’t do anything for me… Hope you all understand what I’m saying I’ll give this website a miss in my opinion. I ordered shoes on Friday from a different country and did not receive a shipping confirmation by Monday noon. But I needed them the upcoming Friday late to I sent out a short email, whether they could process my shipment, please. I directly received an answer, that they organized an express delivery and received the product on Tuesday. Did not expect that, that's Outstanding customer service. Will shop there again.
