I ordered a weekend max mara coat, using the size guide on Residenza725's website. But when I got it , it turned out the size guide was all wrong. It took some time to communicate that with the customer care team but eventually got a solution out of it, and they said they’re working on fixing the size guide.

I placed an order for an item costing $825 and was contacted by customs for 250$ in customs duties. I contacted their customer service in an effort to resolve the issue as the duties seemed extremely high and I was concerned an error in filling out. the customs declaration was the issue. There is no customer service number. 4 emails later i received an email referring me to their policy about customs charges and fees should I not pay the duties which are incorrect! I would strongly caution anyone - this is like the Spirit airlines of retailers.

Residenza 725 si conferma un'azienda con un efficiente online shop e un'assistenza seria e puntuale. Il packaging e la cura dei dettagli sono in linea con i prodotti di altissima qualità venduti. Non vedo l'ora di poter ancora acquistare da loro.

While the packages can slightly damaged (packaging was flimsy) I do think the service received was really good. Fast shipping so no hassle and pricing was really great. I would shop with again.
