I had a terrible experience with Residenza725. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they don't offer returns, which left me stuck with an item I wasn't satisfied with. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very quick delivery and very happy about the product. However I would suggest to improve the automated AI chat because it did not understand what I wanted to ask. Also to add a delivery timeframe in the email of delivery so to make it clear. Otherwise very happy about the experience.

Ad oggi, alle ore 15:12 l’ordine risulta ancora non spedito, ho chiesto l’annullamento con il relativo rimborso e mi è stato detto che non è possibile!!! Quindi, mi suggeriscono di attendere che l’ordine parta, arrivi (chissà quando) e poi fare procedura di reso! A mai più!!! Grazie

The shipping out was slightly slow but it maybe due to the sale season . Thus it is understandable . The jacket was folded together with the hanger thus the hanger hook portion pressed on the jacket material causing a deep line . And the jacket was very crumbled. Therefore I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars for this purchase . Overall , I am satisfied with my purchasing experience and will definitely patronize Residenza boutique again . Thank you . The whole experience was amazing! Found the perfect product, the price was amazingly attractive, site easy to navigate, delivery process incredibly fast (I got the product almost immediately - 2 days later from the other side of the world)! I am definitely recommend this store!!!

I have been trying to contact the company to arrange a return & refund, but no one is getting back to me. Since they have changed company name, I am unable to issue my own return online and instructed to contact them by email. Not particularly helpful if there is no response via email.
