BRAVO ARTIFICIAL TURF SUPPLY! I had a shady sore sight on the side yard of my home where no grass would ever grow. I decided to address the issue with some new artificial turf. I received multiple quotes from local landscapers/installers offering a variety turf brands. Installation charges were very competitive, but the cost of product was a big issue. I started to research buying my turf direct, and BOOM Artificial Turf Supply to the rescue. I was connected with a Mr. Batcheler who provided a lot of helpful information about product and installation. I received my sample kit within the week and man WHAT A NICE LOOKING BOX! After laying my samples out, me and my wife decided on the 50T because of mainly the inexpensive cost, but also its dark natural color and more rigid short yarn. Knowing I did not want to do the installation myself Chris Batcheler provided me with some 3rd party installation companies who would be able to provide additional quotes for the work I needed. Again all installation quotes were close and ended up working with the most trustworthy rep I met. Product was delivered by the freight company on the scheduled delivery date. Although the installation company was there to assist receiving delivery, these rolls are massive. It took a crew of 4 guys to move this thing to its new home. CRAZY! There seems to be a wide gap between the sales pitch on the website referring to a list of ‘trade professionals’ and the language that was written by lawyers in the terms and conditions. According to Merriam-Webster a professional is ‘characterized by or conforming to the technical or ethical standards of a profession‘. The terms and conditions would lead you to believe that anybody can self-certify and be added to the list. A reasonable person could conclude that when you provide a ‘list of professionals’ that you are making a representation. Artificial Turf Supply customers will now have access to a list of trade professionals who can help you complete any facet of your artificial turf grass project, including installing artificial turf systems for your home or business. The Find an Installer form will help to locate a local professional, so you can be in complete control of your outdoor turf grass project. Installer Skill. ATS does not review or verify the information or representations set forth by Installer, as they are self-reported by Installer. Although ATS may take certain steps to examine the credentials of Installer, ATS makes no guarantees, promises, warranties or representations of any kind regarding the skills or representations of such Installer if you elect to retain their services. In my view and based on my experience, the performance of turf from ATS is directly correlated to the quality of the install and by extension the contractor. I wonder if their technical staff would agree with that assessment. It seems that the product, warranty, install and installer are inextricably linked.

The turf options and quality are fantastic. The website is probably the best I have ever seen - filled with useful/helpful information and most important, user friendly. Customer service is spot on and efficient. Not your local 'fake grass' operation. I have had my turf for several years, still looks new and has withstood extreme desert heat and surprisingly 'snow', along with cold weather and rain. would definitely recommend!!

Great products and customer service is always on point to me make my project a success.

It’s a part time job to receive a shipment. Who is responsible for making sure it gets to the client? Artificial Turf Supply? RedLine? XPress Global? We had to call each of them several times and they all refer to someone else, get voicemails with no call back, or say they will call back once they receive more information, and then don’t hear from them. It’s been a month since we received the email “it has reached the destination facility” and still nothing. Hopefully we’ll get it this month, because our client is ready to fire us. $291 for shipment and I had to spend half a day on the phone trying to track it down like I am working for them, and then hours on the phone with the client telling them it should arrive any day. Made this job a loss at this point.

We live on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. We put this artificial turf on our lanai and it looks great! We look out onto the golf course. The turf looks genuine and we love to have a glass of wine or our morning coffee sitting on our beautiful patio/lanai. It even holds up quite well when the snow flies in Winter. We vacuum it every now and then to keep it fresh looking.
