Review of Travel Nation and our agent Clémentine Mayor : before the final purchase of our tickets, Clémentine was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. On the contrary, when we really needed her while travelling, Clémentine Mayor was unresponsive or not helpful on simple resquests from our side. We would not recommend this agency based on our experience. Revue de travel nation et spécifiquement de notre agent Clémentine Mayor : avant l'achat final de nos billets, Clémentine s'est montrée très disponible et réactive à nos questions. En revanche, lorsque nous avons vraiment eu besoin d'elle lors du voyage, Clémentine Mayor était indisponible ou peu aidante à nous aider pour des requêtes simples. Just wanted to thank Claire Parsons for all her help in booking our very special upcoming holiday in February 2020. I have worked in the travel industry for the last 25 years, and know how challenging organising holidays can be, but Claire has been patient, professional and understanding throughout the booking process. Graham Baker booked our trip into Montreal and out of Toronto within hours of us requesting his help. Chris from Travel Nation helped me plan the itinerary for an eleven-month sabbatical tour volunteering our way round the Southern Hemisphere: talking to him made that crazy idea sound perfectly do-able, and he gave me the confidence to push ahead and commit to plans. With all our flights on one spreadsheet we could see how the weeks were allocated and had all our flight codes and times in one place. Chris’ knowledge of schedules and routes was invaluable. All through the trip he kept us updated with changes and checked in to make sure we were ok. All queries were dealt with swiftly during the year, and when he took his own holidays he gave us a named colleague to go to. He gave us a great deal of free advice and information along the way too. We have used them on many occasions for our annual multi-stop, 2-month trips to various countries. They offer helpful advice, don't make errors with complicated flight itineraries. I tend to make room reservations myself through TripAdvisor so have no experience of accom requirements/advice from them. They faultlessly put in place all our India train reservations too - through their agents, at a price, but it was worth it!

Second time for us to use David Taylor from travel nation. Once again polite professional and he will research in detail to give you value for money.
