I spent a month in French Polynesia. The first 19 days were with a close friend and we island-hopped through six of the Society Islands. Travel Nation arranged all the flights to, from and within French Polynesia, all the transfers, all the hotels, and a number of excursions. The arrangements were all absolutely superb. All the hotels were excellent, all the transfers were perfect, and all the excursions were enjoyable. I was very impressed with Travel Nation, and will certainly travel with them again.

We recently came back from a 16-day self-drive holiday through Travelnation to explore Western Canada, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we started the process, our booking agent, Tracey Smith, made all the difference. She truly understood what we were looking for—an adventure that focused on nature, wildlife, and unforgettable experiences like whale watching. Having been to Canada before, she brought incredible local knowledge that you just can't get from a brochure. Tracey listened carefully to our wishes, even finding us a unique opportunity to see bears, which is a rare experience typically only available with very mature animals (over 10 years old). It was such a special part of the trip! It wasn't an easy trip with Drumheller for dinosaurs, Banff for glacial lakes, Golden for white-water rafting, Revelstoke for downhill rollercoasters, Vancouver Island for bioluminescence kayaking, Tofino for surfing and Campbell river for whale watching, we packed a lot in ! One thing we really appreciated was the freedom Tracey gave us to explore at our own pace. While she organized everything—from flights to ferries to excursions—she ensured we had the flexibility to enjoy certain days on our own. Even more impressively, she kept in touch during our trip, ensuring we didn't miss any changes to excursion times and offering helpful reminders. The hotels she selected were incredible, with great pools, and while the driving distances were long, they were enjoyable and part of the adventure. When Jasper unfortunately experienced a wildfire this summer and we had to change our plans suddenly, Tracey was incredibly responsive, quickly re-routing us and helping us adapt to a new itinerary. We can’t thank Tracey enough for her care and attention throughout the planning and during our trip. Looking back, our holiday was flawless, and so much of that was thanks to Tracey and Travelnation. We’ll certainly be booking another amazing adventure with them again!

Taking a trip down-under we turned again to Travel Nation. Our Consultant Chris was friendly, knowledgeable & extremely professional putting together an itinerary, which over three weeks ran like clockwork. From Emirates flights, what a great Airline, to our Treasury on Collins base in Melbourne, a lovely hotel & very central, the Travel Nation choices could not be faulted. We drove down the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne to Adelaide staying in Apollo Bay, Port Fairy & Robe where the accommodations were extremely comfortable & centrally situated. We spent a weekend in Adelaide where again the accommodation was ideally placed. Armed with Google Maps we walked everywhere. We returned via Dubai spending a few nights in the Radisson Blu, Media City, which again hit the spot. Overall, the Itinerary/service could not be faulted so thank you Travel Nation & in particular, Chris.

Trip of a lifetime!! We had shopped around travel agents to help us book our Honeymoon and had a few bad experiences with some agents trying to push holidays on us to places we had already been and we had become a bit disheartened. This all changed when we sent our first email to Travel Nation. Natalie, our agent, arranged a telephone call at a time that suited us and we talked through our ideas. Natalie really listened to us, took on our ideas and gave her expert opinion. We didn't feel like we were pushed at all or that our ideas were not attainable. Her advice only made our ideas better and helped to fit within our budget. Nothing was too difficult for Natalie. Her communication was incredible, and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. Her response time to emails was always quick and answered in detail. She always let us know if any small problem came up straight away and she fixed it with no issue. We are now back from our Honeymoon and definitely have the Honeymoon blues. It was definitely a trip of a lifetime. Everything went so smoothly and to plan. It was perfect, every last moment. We are so grateful to Natalie and to Travel Nation. We have memories that will last a lifetime. We can't thank you enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

What a great company and Natalie who organised our trip was brilliant !!22 flights 10 countries all went to plan hotels great flights and seats we’re all booked !we got quotes from travel bag, flight centre,Barrhead travel and trail finders and Natalie was the only one that could book all the destinations and accommodation in the three month time frame that we stipulated.French Polynesia which every other company had a problem booking was all done by travel nation very easily ! We booked our honeymoon through Travel Nation. Olly Minnis helped us create itinerary including things we wouldn't have thought to include that ended up being highlights and then organised everything. Upon arrival everything booked went smoothly with no issues, hotels, taxis and everything else we booked was there on time and as we needed it. I thoroughly recommend booking through them and will do myself in the future!

Charlie Maybank created the perfect honeymoon. Both my wife and I wanted to get as far away from the UK as possible for our honeymoon and had a vague idea of French Polynesia. Charlie was able to bring our broad outline ideas into colour and Charlie planned the perfectly balanced honeymoon of relaxing/luxury. A wonderful trip to Japan and South Korea made so much easier by Travel Nation. We were able to enjoy the trip knowing that the company had everything sorted from transfers to rail passes and hotels. All went very well and a special mention to Ruth Koessel who was our link and contact had there been any hiccups, Ruth had organized everything for us as she did last year for our adventure to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. We used Travel Nation to book our honeymoon and it was such an easy process which is exactly what we needed whilst planning the wedding. Kelly was our advisor, and she was helpful throughout with the initial proposal from our ideas and throughout making any changes and developments. She was able to book flights according to our availability, hotels which suited our style and budget and she was able to book our tours for us too. The process was quite seamless right till the end, particularly in French Polynesia and the contact from Travel Nation to the local tour guides was sublime! Slightly more hiccupy in Hawaii, but still Kelly was on hand to answer any questions we had. All-in-all an excellent experience and made booking the honeymoon to incredible destinations much easier than doing it ourselves! We will be using Kelly from Travel Nation in the future!

Was recommended David Tayler at Travel Nation,best recommendation ever.We wanted to see New England in the fall,but we don't do hotels unless really necessary,so thought what about touring in a camper van ,RV as we found out.David handled all bookings , keeping us in the loop at all times. Flights with Virgin all sorted,out of Heathrow,which is very busy,hotel in Boston for 2 nights,gave us a day to explore Boston, then arranged with Cruise America to pick us up and take us to there depot,and even got us a £200 discount.Would we recommended Travel Nation, DEFINITELY, and we will hopefully be using them soon Kay Rhodes & Laurie Woodliffe

We have just returned from a 19 day trip to 5 islands of French Polynesia. Jim Faulkner did a fantastic job of arranging our trip. We booked 11 months in advance and Jim took all our needs and suggestions on board and delivered. A month before our trip, we received a link to an excellent app that set out our itinerary in full detail with descriptions of our hotels, pick ups and flights. Our 4 international flights were well coordinated and our inter-island flights and ferries also. Jim organised a few day trips and they were all amazing experiences. A representative of Tahiti Nui Travel, partners of Travel Nation, met us at Papeete Airport and gave us a wallet with our full itinerary and a book of vouchers for all our transfers, accommodations and daytrips. All our transfers for flights and ferries with Tahiti Nui Travel were punctual and comfortable. We stayed at amazing 3 star accommodations with great food in fabulous locations. We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Travel Nation and will definitely be using them again.

Delivered the dreamed of holiday of a life time to French Polynesia. All organisation was excellent with meet and greet service, transfers to hotels, inter-island flights, ferry crossing and boat transfers. Hotels were good, the best being The Pearl at Taha'a; Sofitel on Moorea is a bit tired but its location is stunning. Chris was able to blend all these arrangements into transatlantic flights that I had already booked with a relaxed ease. It was a pleasure to find Travel Nation and Chris where nothing was too much of a problem and a solution was always forthcoming. Thank you. Top tip - book early; we did it 11 months before the trip.
