I am very happy with my service from travel Nation. Charlie who helped me purchase my tickets and tour is knowable and very helpful when booking, and got back to my queries very quickly. I felt supported each step of the way.

Looked at several travel companies for a trip to Singapore, NZ and Fiji. Travel Nation were quick to respond. They were very good at listening to our requirements and quickly came back with various options. The overall Package was very well put together. Staff were always very approachable and dealt with queries quickly and professionally. Price was very competitive. Very pleased overall and would not hesitate to use Nation once again. A huge thank you to Helen and Lily who did an excellent job.

One experienced personal assistant, easily accessible made all the difference to the booking process. Plenty of advice, making a complex multi resort/ country booking straightforward. Very pleasant as well!

I read some great reviews about Travel Nation so thought they would be perfect for my trip of a lifetime. It didn't start great. After my initial enquiry I was put in touch with an adviser, he proved useless and after contacting another adviser she then went on holiday without telling me! I then got in touch with Travel Nation to say I was going to take my business elsewhere when Laura (sales manager) was assigned to my enquiry. I have to say Laura did a fantastic job, she listened to what I wanted and after a few weeks put together a package for me, I then paid the deposit but then she put me back on to the person I was originally assigned to, that wasn't a good move. About a month before we were due to travel Emirates airline got in touch with me to say one of the 10 flights we had booked had been cancelled, Travel Nation didn't contact me about this, I had to ring them and, because of the cancelled flight I then had to book another hotel but the hotel I choose was going to cost £200 more if I booked with Travel Nation so I was told by Travel Nation to just book it myself along with organising my own airport transfer! I later found out that this part of the trip was then not covered by ABTA as I had booked it myself. Also before our travels my itinerary I was sent didn't tie up with what I originally booked and when I queried this I was told it would be looked into and they would let me know, they never got back to me. I have now been back from my trip a couple of months and not once have Travel Nation been in contact to see how the trip went and for any feedback? They never even sent a message to say have a good trip before we went which I have always received in the past from other travel agents. A lot of money was spent on this trip of a lifetime, I just feel once they received my money they then lost interest.

David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about my travel plans. I would certainly recommend him to my friends.

No matter how tricky the request is, Graham always sorts things out! This time he managed to sort out a last-minute long haul flight just before Christmas. I am so grateful and delighted to recommend Graham and Travel Nation.

They were amazing. I am definitely going to look to book with them again, especially when multiple flights are involved to go to several locations in one trip.

Ive been speaking to a lovely lady called Claire for the past couple of weeks who really helped me get my travelling plans in place. She explained everything so clearly to me and without her, it would have been a nightmare to get all my flights booked. She compared and explained the different flight prices to me as well as telling me the order of places I should fly to so that I’d get the best weather. Booking with travel nation has been an easy and stress free experience and I’d advise anyone to book with them!

Really good working with the company to tailor our trip to our needs. Only point to make was that since we had enquired about a satnav and been told one was not available we then found it was automatic on the motorhome which would have saved us chasing about for a local SIM card.

I have nothing but praise for Jim Faulkner, the consultant at Travel Nation who has made our round the world trip possible. What impressed me most was the lack of high pressure sales techniques that you sometimes get. He went through various options with us and was able to meet all of our requirements. This is the 3rd time we have booked with Travel Nation, the reason being the itinerary has worked perfectly every time, the price has been competitive and the service from the companies agent has been second to none.

Started off ok agreed the itinerary and price and then paid the money via cards to purchase tickets. One hour later received a call saying the original quoted flights were no longer available and it would cost a further £800 which we declined. Unfortunately it then took 3 days to get the refund causing us a great deal of inconvenience. I managed to book using my original itinerary that I had given to Travel Nation direct with Star Alliance / Lufthansa obtaining the flights that Travel Nation told me were no longer available. Staff were pleasant and apologetic but still a very stressful experience

Jim was really helpful and honest when helping us to book the right campervan for us to drive around new Zealand. We were also able to contact him easily whilst we were alway. Overall it was a seamless process.
