Repeatedly booked with those guys, only good stuff to say

Great service from Travel Nation. I had looked at High Street travel agents, but Lily from TN quickly grasped the kind of deal I was after for a round the world trip, centred on time in New Zealand. She listened and responded to my requirements for both the flights and stopover destinations and hotels, getting a good deal all round, including a few premium economy seats on the longer flights. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Travel Nation again.

Friendly efficient advice. Claire and her colleagues worked as a team to get us the best offers on flights and hotels and even looked up obscure [to some] places of interest to us. We can't wait now to be off on our trip.

Travel Nation booked some very good hotels for us and also meet and greet / transfers. On this trip to Singapore and Malaysia, we booked our main flights to and from the UK and ourselves as well as some of the hotels. Travel Nation were unable to arrange transfers from the iarports to the hotels that we had booked ourselves. The flights that they booked on the airlines appeared to be on the lowest fares which meant that we could not earn points on the OneWorld airlines that we had selected. The service was good overall.Probably 4.5 stars

I have traveled around the world 3 or 4 times. Traveling a lot, you can hit some rough air. But everytime, my Travelnation customer representatives were there to help, support and take action to solve my problems. So I have and will keep on recommanding Travelnation to people around me. And I will surely use Travelnation soon for upcoming trips. 😊
