Great prices and just as important, the Town Drug Store management and staff are extremely responsive if you need anything. I have been using this online pharmacy for approximately 6-7 years and I have never had any problems with my orders. The one time that I had questions, I received an immediate response from them.

I’ve been very happy with the speed and responsiveness of Town drugstore. I’ve ordered numerous times and never had an issue. I don’t order anything that HAS to be kept cold, because the ice always melts before it reaches me.

Towndrugstore had the medication I needed after trying two other online pharmacies who were out. Wish shipping and customs weren't so long. However, I had good experinces with the various pharmacy representatives I spoke with. They were patient and helpful.

Pros: Legitimate pharmacy. I did get the meds I ordered. Pro: I ordered, paid, and sent my rx via online on a Tuesday. I received my order by Monday via FedEx. Con: I emailed with questions and I received no response. Con: I called x 5 and only received a voice mail. Con: I was not provided a tracking number. Meds stayed out in the Texas heat until I realized they were delivered. Con: The 'freezer block' was warm. Therefore the $3,000 worth of IV meds were not maintained at appropriate temp for long term storage (at room temp they are good for ~2 months only). Con: Online portal only shows "processing" even though order was already shipped. Would I order again? Most likely. I became concerned though when they would not respond to any communication.

The prices speak for themselves- I literally saved thousands compared to what a stateside pharmacy quoted me. My order was processed and shipped very fast. When I had an issue with receiving my shipment (not Town Drug Store's fault) they sent out another shipment ASAP. All my communication with them throughout the process was responded to quickly. If I need further IVF medications, I'll definitely use them again.

Town Drug Store is the BEST! Hands down…Right when I was about to give up on trying to get all my Fertility medication due to the prices being ridiculous high they SAVED THE DAY…I would highly recommend. The overall experience was EXCELLENT…If I ever need fertility medicine again I will be certain to shop with Town Drug Store!
