I just think we should get a small amount of text messages (sms) included. Some Vietnamese people do not have whatsapp and cannot understand what you tell them on the phone. In that case sending an sms can solve the problem, as they have the time to translate the (English) message in Vietnamese. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever. Great internet.
