Worked out great without any failure. Not the best coverage with the available provider nor the fastest connection, but never failed and always had a proper connection!

Worked from the second we landed in Vietnam, easy to activate, always had a reception even in Halong Bay had some. Great experience, recommend!

Purchased the emEsim before arrival to Vietnam as was recommended. I use iPhone and I had a a little problem at first activating it but contacted customer support who responded immediately and activated it for me. Excellent service and the connection has been very good all over Vietnam, even in the mountains.

I bought a Japanese eSIM and couldn't get mobile data roaming to work. The support crew (answered via WhatsApp) was very quick to answer and helpful. I sent a number of screenshot and the support member replied with screenshot with arrows and instructs to follow. The process was clear and it resolved my problem. Date of experience: 5 September 2024 Scam business, they made me click several times on "Pay" since the 'verification codes' they sent did not work! - My bank contacted me and blocked - temporarily, until I called them - my account. I called the bank who said that those codes were produced by the merchant - Gigago- to not work and prompt the customer to click, and re-click, and retry the next code. These transactions were pending but got cancelled now by my Bank who's also watching ... Date of update: 6 September 2024 Update: My review is not fake. My bank alerted me because they said that it was the merchant - Gigago’s- providing the customer with ‘verification codes’ that did not work, prompting me, the customer, to try again and again their new sent codes. My bank had about 6 pending transactions with Gigago and this is when they blocked my account and asked me to contact them immediately. They have experience on how customers can be scammed and I am grateful for their vigilance. I am not new on the internet and never had to deal with a ‘company’ whose codes are not working. I have used in the past AIRALO for eSIM services. Airalo offered me an Honest and Courteous service.
