Great customer service, they answered quickly in the WhatsApp and was very helpful. My data wasn’t working and I still have roughly 3GB left over out of the 15. They tried their hardest to get my plan back up and running, but in the end gave me a new 8 day plan for 5GB for free. It was unexpected gesture that I greatly appreciated.

Easy, cheap , reliable and fast to response on queries

For the most part I got cell connectivity but some parts I had to keep turning off my mobile data and turning it back on to get connection. Was given more data than promised 🙏🏽

Unfortunately after purchasing the esim, I realised the I couldn't use it with my phone. I received a fast response for refund and the payment came after 1 week.

We have the new iphone 14 that doesn't support SIM cards anymore. We choose GIGA7 package for 5 days stayed in Vietnam. The activation was smooth and easy to do, speed is good. Will definitely use gigago again!

The overall quality of the service is great! Easy payment, full manual with screenshot to guide step by step installing the e-SIM. The most important part is the reception itself. I got LTE everywhere in Hanoi and a very good reception even in Ha Long Bay area. Even when the cruise wi-fi is not available. I can check the usage with sms and the quota given is okay. I did not try to use the local number given as I don't really call anybody while in Vietnam. It is fully compatible with iPhone 13 Mini.

Ordered esim with GIGA10 plan for my trip to Vietnam. Setup was easy, and the service was working fine throughout the country, although after 10 days of use there was some issue with data no longer working, I contacted the support team who quickly responded I solved the issue. I would recommend this provider.

Like the fact this is a esim. Don’t like the fact that the network was unstable, lucky it wasn’t my first time in Ho Chi Minh City, I was able to navigate back to my hotel.
