Extremely easy to set up and get working. I purchased prior to my trip and i was online with data before exiting the plane in Vietnam. Great instructions.

Really easy to install, I had data the minute I landed in Saigon. I chose the 120gb plan as for the first two weeks of my month holiday I I needed to work remotely. 4G and mobile hotspot worked flawlessly everywhere I needed it to, Saigon, Hanoi, Sa Pa, Phu Quoc etc… Was able to hold Google Meet calls as smoothly as if I was in the office. (WiFi in all the hotels I stayed in, 3 to 5 stars was pretty unreliable for video calls compared to the 4G). If you are working remotely or even just travelling this is the perfect e-sim. It might be more expensive than a local sim, but we’re talking like 5 euros here, that’s nothing for a hassle-free service.

I took Giga10U plan, which gave me unlimited data with free incoming calls and SMS on a vietnamese number. The e-Sim was easily activated and worked smoothly throughout the trip. I got it cheaper than the plans that were offered offline on airports, so it was a win-win situation. Moreover, no documentation and no queques to enter for this SIM. Highly recommended.

The devices that I bought ahead of time didn't work at all with thr mobile sims and I still needed to buy physical sim cards while we were traveling

Ca a super bien marché du début à la fin en suivant les instructions envoyées par mail ! whatsapp a également fonctionné sur mon numéro perso comme c'était indiqué. la possibilité d'envoyer un sms pour le suivi conso est top ca permet de suivre la conso de gigas. Attention impossible d'avoir 2 esim dans l'iphone en simultané,j'ai du désactiver ma esim francaise sur place, il faut surement avoir la sim du pays d'origine en physique.

Purchased the eSim from the UK prior to our trip. After purchase the instructions for use were sent. On arrival in Vietnam simply followed the instructions to activate the SIM and got connected straight away.. easy. The connection has been great pretty much all over Vietnam from Ha Noi to Sa Pa, Ha Long to Hue, Siagon to Phu Quoc all connected with no problems and good data rates. Highly recommended if your doing a tour as this wil give you internet whilst on the move and compliments the WiFi found in most hotels and restaurants around Vietnam. For us we have used around 2gb of 15 in 19 days so far so has served us well and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I couldn't get it connected at first upon landing in Noi Bai airport, but in truth, the PDF in your confirmation email as well as the FAQ section on their website contains really helpful info sorted by device. I recommend taking screenshots before you arrive and using those to troubleshoot. Travelling between Hanoi and Sapa, the connectivity did drop out a couple of times, so I wouldn't say it was always reliable. Thankfully I was generally able to get it back some minutes later though by turning airplane mode on/off or restarting the phone. Altogether, I still really recommend it! It was fast and I had no problem looking up directions, browsing, or sending photos and short videos.

Gigago's customer service during setup and transitioning packages was excellent. I would have given 5 stars if they had auto activation. currently you have to run through a few hoops to send text to activate.

Everything was great! Sometimes I didn’t have internet but then I just went a few steps to the left and it worked (but I don’t know if that has something to do with this).
