Website says 24hour delivery on items when ordering but after purchasing changes to 2to 3 working days. Item was delivered on the 3rd day at 7 25am. I had rang the day before to ask what time the package was coming but they told me they couldn’t tell me any sort of time. Becuase if this I wasn’t up when the delivery driver came and I almost missed the item been delivered

Great combination/microwave but once you place your order you receive an email stating: Kindly note that all deliveries are to the ground floor only and the delivery staff are unable to carry the goods up or down any stairs. So please do not order if you live in a flat or unable to carry the unit (which is heavy) Many other companies deliver to your door.

I was a bit dubious ordering coz u never know these days. But took the chance & pleased with everything. They were very helpful. From ordering to getting delivered. As I did mess them about in days . The 2 men that delivered were very polite & helpful. & the price was much cheaper than other places I looked

Cancelled order because they couldn't find my billing address and although payment had been cleared on my credit card they wanted to put additional test payments through on my account manually, which would require me to give them my card details over the phone. In this day and age that's never going to happen.

I recently got back into RC racing cars and needed to invest in some new gear. My first visit to this shop was fine, I ordered around £200 worth of accessories to help me build my new car. I returned to their store multiple times after to purchase additional batteries and accessories. At this point I'd visited a few times and spent a decent amount of money at their store. During my last visit, I needed a part that they didn't hold in stock, a £12 mud guard. I paid up and they said they would contact me once the part had arrived. A week later, they contacted me to advise the part was ready to collected. When I arrived, I checked the part and it didn't fit the car. I politely advised them that the part doesn't fit and they may have ordered the wrong part. Anyhow, I said it doesn't matter, can this be returned and the correct one ordered. This is where the problem began. They just would NOT return the item - it's brand new and clearly doesn't fit. I spoke to them for about 15 mins trying to convince them to simply return the item back to Arrma, but the owner just kept repeating the same thing - 'we can't return the item because it is a special order, you have to keep it'. If this was the case, why did they not make it clear to me at the time of ordering that special order items CANNOT be returned? Given how much money I had spent at this place, I was treated like absolute cr4p as a customer, customer service was just non existent. I simply refuse to believe that they were unable to return a £12 item from Arrma. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE as when things go wrong, you are on your own.

We searched around for the correct sized American fridge freezer , we found the 1 we wanted in a few places but appliance electronics had it at a great price. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it was delivered on the Saturday by 2 guys. The whole buying experience from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle free.

Delivery on time and checked all parts in package before leaving premises. Employees were courteous and helpful.

There was a problem with the website when ordering, user error but they were able to accommodate the changes over the phone quickly and efficiently. Very good communication and delivery as promised. Very professional delivery and inspection when delivered. Overall very good to deal with in all aspects and great prices, I will definitely use them again.

Placed order, day 1, day 2 phone to arrange delivery, day 3 delivered by Rick and Nick, who rang 10 minutes before delivery 😀. Their phone number was given to me in the delivery instructions so I could contact them to make sure I didn't miss them. They brought the item into the house, opened and unpacked to check there was no damage, signed off and departed. Two smiling gentlemen, efficient and professional 👏. Will look to use again.

Horrific customer service. If you have a problem good luck! Don't trust that they will remove your old appliance as they will try to levy terms and conditions after the event, irrespective of their obligations under WEEE. Called to discuss and "Ray" in their distribution was both unhelpful, rude and talked across me. Didn't understand that the firm can't levy t's and c's after the point of sale. DON'T buy if you haven't double doors or bi folding doors as they'll want to just dump outside the property. DON'T pay for "Collection of old" unless its "perfect". Don't expect professional customer service instead wanting to do everything via email. Left with no option in light of this but to write to their sole Director , Sana Jafar at 77 Francis Road, Edgbaston, B16 8SP as listed with Companies House. Buy from them with extreme caution!
