Haven't set the tv up fully yet as waiting for work to be done first, but the price compared to other big companies is really good, the customer services where easy to deal with regarding delivery. The delivery guys Rick and Nick where brilliant, took the tv out the box and check it over thoroughly, repackaged the tv taped up and well protected. Very friendly blokes and very helpful.

What was good was how easy to order and how quick delivery was. Also really good price compared with some others.inexpensive charge to take old appliance away but more expensive charge to remove all packaging for recycling. Also driver helped lift appliance onto washing machine which was very helpful of him. Although their rules state can only be delivered to ground floor entrance, as we live in a basement and only one person was at home they agreed in advance that driver would deliver to basement which was a relief. What was not so great is that in doing so an expensive plant pot was smashed and another one nearly so!

Delivery was fast. The driver called me some time before to inform me that he was coming towards us. He delivered with great care. We checked the refrigerator together, which arrived perfectly!
