I was initially a bit dubious about ordering a tv from a company that isn’t one of the more well known ‘big brands’ but I needn’t have been. After shopping around a lot, the prices offered from appliance electronics were very competitive so I placed my order on the evening of 25th November. Had a phone call on 26th to inform me my tv would be delivered the following day (27th). On the day of delivery I received a call from my delivery men to let me know they were near to my house. When they arrived they carried in the tv and unboxed it - checked there was no damage and plugged it in so that we could see it was working as expected. I found this to be helpful in relieving any anxiety about potential damaged or faulty product. Due to the fact the tv was ordered for an upcoming house move and not to be used straight away they also repackaged the tv and moved it to the room where it will be stored temporarily. I feel that they took care with this and didn’t rush it, ensuring that it was repackaged safely. Overall a very positive experience with this company - fast, friendly and helpful delivery. Very happy with my new tv and the service given - thank you.

Ordered my washing machine on Friday afternoon and received a phone call on Monday to arrange my delivery for the next day. Machine was delivered promptly on Tuesday after receiving a phone call telling me that they were 30 minutes away. Great delivery team, they put the machine exactly where I wanted it, they unpacked it and took photos to check for any damage. They took away my old machine for a great removal price. The machine and pickup price of my old machine was unbeatable. Superb service all round!!.

Val & Waleed, the delivery men arrived surprising early on a Saturday morning, especially as we live on the south coast.They were helpful and friendly and managed a couple of small steps up to our kitchen back door. They also helped us take out our old fridge without complaint. A company I would certainly use again.
