Our Haden Fridge Freezer was delivered on time and in good condition. It seems to be working perfectly a week later. The delivery men had to wheel it up a steep road because the van couldn't get near to the house, so we really appreciated that they took good care of it when delivering. Love that the fridge-freezer is frost-free, has a bigger fridge and fits our limited space nicely.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving an Appliance Electronics chest freezer with delivery from Val, and I must say that the delivery provided was nothing short of exceptional. Val's professionalism, friendliness, and helpful demeanour truly stood out. The freezer is great quality, and we look forward to using it soon. I found the communications a bit lacking at first as I still wasn't sure when the chest freezer was being delivered after a few weeks of ordering and had to chase. But it all worked out in the end and all communication with the team was helpful and prompt. I would order again.

Absolute shocking customer service. Purchased items that stated on there website they were compatible with my device, item arrived, was NOT compatible with my device, returned for refund, was told because i opened it i cant get refund. I argued this as website description was wrong, they then offered me 40% refund! Which i refused, i had to open a paypal dispute to get my full refund, this has happened on two seperate occasions with this company. Yes, prices are good, but if you need to return items, good luck gerting a refund unless you open a paypal dispute, cowboy company, avoid!!!
