Old washing machine broke on Boxing Day. Hasty web searching due to ever increasing pile of laundry. Decided that rpm and noise (every dB counts!) were the key criteria. Decided against German (think dieselgate and Dyson) so went for LG. Nearly purchased from Amazon, but realised that going direct to Appliance Electronics was £50 cheaper. (Recycling collection was also £20 cheaper than local retail park supplier) Reassured by Euronics association, but cautious never having heard of AE before on a large ticket item. Also sceptical about quoted delivery time over new year holiday period. However fears completely misplaced – they did “what it said on the tin”. Received phone call notifying delivery. The following day Raj (older?) and Rasheen (apprentice) delivered. Raj is an absolute star – really, really helpful and quite a character too! Washing machines are heavy! They unpacked and took lots of photos showing pristine appliance, plus me holding the instructions and the all important spanner. So reassurance and no deniability! LG instructions good. They recommend rubber acoustic feet if placed on wooden floor. Easily obtained off eBay, but AE could get extra bonus points if suggested at appliance purchase time (would have saved a day). Domestic calm has been restored. Expectations fully exceeded!

Easy to order but mainly both delivery drivers, Raj and Arnold, were fantastic. Was only supposed to deliver to front or back door which worried me as it was such a large item. They actually helped to get it inside to where I wanted it taking care to protect the flooring. Thanks so much

From ordering my large Fridge Freezer at a fraction of the cost of other competitors, to the free!! delivery, I can not praise the customer service and delivery staff at Appliance Electronics enough. I ordered on 24th December not expecting delivery until January, but got a call on 26th offering me a delivery the next day, I had to ask them to reschedule and they then called on 28th to offer delivery today. So quick and efficient. The delivery men Raj and Arnold, they called about 20 minutes before arriving, and, well, they went above and beyond for me to place it just where I wanted, taking care of my home and furnishings and then making sure that I had looked and checked for any possible marks they were both so lovely. I would definitely recommend Appliance Electronics, and would use them again. Thank you 😊

I purchased an RC car from Appliance Electronics as a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately, the item turned out to be a defect straight out of the box. Upon trying it at home on the carpet, it was evident that the car didn't work at all. Hoping to resolve the issue swiftly, I approached the shop for a refund or a replacement. To my dismay, I was informed that once the product is opened and used, they couldn't facilitate a refund or an exchange. Despite explaining the situation and emphasizing the disappointment it caused, they were adamant about their policy. We followed their instructions and sent an email to their support team as requested, detailing the problem. Regrettably, not a single response was received. The lack of communication and support only added to the distress of the situation. My son was left heartbroken as his Christmas present turned out to be non-functional. Furthermore, the shop's inflexible policy has left us financially strained, as we are unable to purchase a new one until a refund is processed. This entire experience has been incredibly disheartening and stressful. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction and the refusal to assist in this scenario is appalling. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Appliance Electronics, as their after-sales service and customer support are severely lacking. In conclusion, this shop has turned what should have been a joyous occasion into a nightmare. I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with their handling of this situation.
