The delivery went well & the delivery men were very nice However they removed all the packaging to check the cooker & left it all over my dinning room door As I am disabled it was very difficult for me to pick it all up

Raj and Nick were amazing, proper old school customer service and care. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They brought the fridge freezer in for us too.

The delivery was excellent! We ordered a massive TV and it came in no time. Raj and Aman helped my husband carry it up the stairs (unfortunately we live in a first floor with no lift) - and let me tell you, that thing was not light! Raj was super detailed in his demonstration, showing us clearly where to check for faults and confirming with us that there were no faults with the TV. He was a great mentor to Aman as well which was lovely to see, guiding him on best practice. Overall, really please with the purchase and their customer service. Huge thanks to Raj and Aman.

Great service, great price quick delivery.

We ordered a Larder Fridge, on arrival at our home in North Devon, two young delivery drivers refused to carry the fridge up our steps to our home, claiming Elf & Safety. We are pensioner's and are not capable of lifting the fridge up steps. We spoke to the company on the phone and was told for health and safety reasons they don't do carrying up steps, claiming its in the terms & conditions!! Really, who in their right minds reads these, especially as we've had, many larger, and even heavier products delivered safely to our home for the last 20+ years, surely anybody ordering from you should be asked DO YOU HAVE STEPS or STAIRS AS WE DON'T DO STAIRS and we would have took our custom elsewhere. The deliverymen left the new fridge at the bottom of the steps, refusing to take away the old fridge, for which we paid extra for this service. My husband and I later tried to remove the old fridge, and I damaged my finger against a wall. The next day our neighbours kindly brought the new fridge into our home and placed the old fridge upright on our drive. Two days later the strong winds, carried & tipped the old fridge over, crushing the door of our car causing £300 worth of damage, plus we now have to pay £23 for the council to come and take away the old fridge. What a shambles your delivery service is, causing untold cost, inconvenience and stress. Please could you refund our delivery charge costs & fridge collection costs back to us, to restore any faith left in your company ps the paragraph on your terms & conditions that mentions not carrying upstairs are blanked out and you can hardly read them!

Fast delivery - could've done with a bit more notice though! Good price - delivery included. Fridge a bit smaller than expected (my fault) and a slight indentation at the back (not noticed when inspected after unpacking) - doesn't appear to affect the operation and isn't seen when Fridge in place.

The delivery was excellent. Raj and Nik were courteous and experienced delivery people. Unpacked and checked our oven and placed it exactly where we wanted it.

Bought an LG washine machine on a Saturday. Got 2 calls and 2 email on Tuesday for delivery arrangements. Wednesday, before 1230, the washing machine was in my flat. Took 2 guys less than 10 minutes. Couldn't have gone any better. Really. Thanks!

Had a great deal on a new laundry appliance. I was contacted within a couple of days to confirm delivery and inform me of what would happen during delivery (they will open the appliance and check for any damage). Both delivery men were extremely helpful. Great shopping experience, thank you.

Appliance was later than date quoted at order but it was Xmas period. Delivery men were good.
