Hungary | 14 March 2022WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!! They confirmed the mattress collection with me on 25/02/2022 for the following day, 26/02/2022. I said, "That will be perfect. I'm at home all day." Half an hour later, I received the confirmation email with a time slot 07:00-10.00. It wasn't clear this is all day or morning or afternoon time slot. So I woke up at 6 o'clock on Saturday and waited for them, but NOBODY turned up all day!!!!! I tried to call them, but NOBODY ANSWER ON PHONE!!!!! I made a complaint to Dormeo about what happened; they'll try to sort out for me, but they said I'll have to try to contact GPL customer service as well. This company just wastes peoples times and money....

United Kingdom | 13 March 2022Was arranged the collection between 15:00-18:00 but they didn’t come till 19.17 so 1 hour and 17 min later then what was arranged, when thy show up was 2 mans Which they complain they are not supposed to bring the mattress from my room Which was prepared by me for them to take the mattress it was very heavy up to 40 kg so a lot but till end they come and take in conditions what I was tell by Dormeo I have just to put the plastic sheet on the mattress and the delivery man will come and take by himself cuz obviously I can’t do my self like omen plus I have a toddler of 2 yers old Which I have look after him. Try to contact the customer service but was close to understand what was happening with the collection because I didn’t expect to be so late. So yea I’m not happy at all

They made sure they left nothing to where I wouldnt have access or where I would need to move a box to gain access. Would recommend these two to everyone wanting a good delivery service, can’t thank them enough for their lovely service☺️

United Kingdom | 10 March 2022The bed was originally ment come Friday i told them I needed a later slot as I work the lady on the phone said I’ll try next time and put the phone down I received the next delivery date yet again in the morning luckily I got the time of work the bed was delivered they bashed and scrapped every wall in the house possible when I unwrapped the packaging all the bed was smashed now I have to wait 48 hours for a response and now have to deal with no bed until this is resolved I wish I never bought this now looking at all the bad reviews I don’t understand why dfs is still using this company and won’t be buying from them again because of this
