Adil and Daniel were two delightful young men , so polite and helpful. My parcel was very heavy and they carried it quite a distance, I couldn’t fault them at all. They are a credit to your company. Cannot review contents at this time as my sons will be putting it together at the weekend. I was notified several times by text and phone call of estimated time of delivery which was very helpful.

Awful experience get given a time slot for early morning so seen as i work nights i decided to stay awake so i dont miss it. Got to half hr after the time and i phoned up to be told theres a 3-4 hr delay. Running on no sleep at this point and the woman on the call was so so rude. Just not good enough to be given a slot 6-9 for it to not turn up til 1pm... absolute joke. No explanation. No warning. Useless

If I could give no stars I honestly would. Told my order would be here between 8-11, arrange with work to start later, By 10.30 no message, call nothing. I ring said oh now it will be here by 3pm, so not only have l let my work place down, the woman put phone down. Eventually got hold of the manager to complain, Nothing but rudness, saying he had to many people to ring to tell about the delay ??????? And told me to shut up and put up. How can a company be so disgusting My order finally arrives at 14.00 hrs. Men just put it out side my door then as I'm trying to take it into my flat and about to close door they FORCE it open trying to take a picture With no permission at all. If they can't be bothered to bring it in, then they weren't taking pictures. Both men weren't speaking English at all. Dfs should be ashamed of themselves for working with such a disgraceful vile company

Daniel and Adil were friendly and smiley upon arrival and asked where we'd like the parcels to be put down. They called 45mins prior to delivery which was really appreciated as i was out shopping at the time. Great service :)

They are with my parcel for more than 2 weeks. They scheduled the delivery but I never got my parcel. The phone line is a completely joke. I am trying to call them for 2 weeks but they never answer the phone. If you can avoid this company just do it.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Customer services? Doesn’t exist. I was today expecting an already over delayed delivery from them with a slot booked between 8-11. At ten I’m told it’s not coming and no reason why. This company will send you a three page document outlining their delivery service protocol which includes delivery to a room or your choice. This item was a bed so naturally this morning I cleared the old bed out and was waiting for this to arrive. However I now have no bed and no delivery. I have called all day had no response. Asked for a manager to call me back several times and still being ignored. No explaining as to what has happened today. The woman on the phone is rude and unhelpful. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and have been left without a bed and the response is silence. I’m disgusted. An auto slot has been rearranged for tomorrow but I can’t make the time slot and I’m being told if I cancel I have to wait a further 7 days without a bed. This is just not acceptable at all. How can anyone use this company? I have been unfortunate to experience this company having ordered through DFS who are also aware of this issue and have no resolution either. I would strongly advise not to use any company who use this so called logistics company unless you want a lot or undue stress.

Daniel & Adil were really helpful, polite and friendly. They called about an hour before arriving to let us know their ETA which was great, and they were right on time! Brilliant service, thank you both☺️

Wow Daniel and Adil are way better then other 2 man company’s they put the rest to shame they delivered iteams for my wife today I offered to help and Daniel was saying no please sir let me do the deliver and you just sit back and relax and credit to Adil for his good driveing he can park the van in tight angles credit to you both hope your get payed well I will defiantly use gpl again thank guys 10/10

Daniel and Adil were friendly, helpful and professional. They called before they came and came on time. Not like the previous men who never called, were asked to wait 2 mins and left within 1 and half mins with out my collection. Thank you Daniel and Adil, you are a credit to your company.
