My husband & I placed an order in June 2021 and we only received it in March 2022 after GP Logistics arranged no fewer than 10 delivery time slots with us & failed to deliver our items on 9 of them! Whenever I phoned to complain, the people I spoke to were rude & extremely unhelpful. I was promised phone calls from the manager, Mohammed, but he never phoned when he said he would. We only received our order after escalating our case and threatening them with legal action. We do not recommend this company and will NEVER use them again! Absolutely disgraceful the way they conduct themselves.

Delivery arrived slightly later than scheduled but the delivery guys were very friendly and polite. They opened up all the packages to check that the items were as ordered and were generally very helpful. Thank you.

Absolutely horrendous have stolen my parcel keep telling the company they have delivered it and they haven't won't send me an email confirming it haven't been delivered.. have totally been ripped off by this company horrendous tried contacting the company many times they have been rude and just fobbed me off everytime !!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

My delivery time was between 15:00 to 18:00. Daniel and Adil arrived put the bunk beds in the room and left by 15:22 so quick and efficient.

Brilliant service today, Daniel & Adil we’re so friendly, helpful and totally professional. Text message and telephone call to update me on delivery time, which was so thoughtful On arrival, we thought there was an issue with goods, but this was quickly sorted out by Daniel making a phone call to supplier of furniture and was immediately resolved, so professional, both guys treated my home with upmost respect, highly recommend

First delivery did not show up after an email and a text to confirm time slot. Unable to get hold of anyone by phone or email. Contacted the company I had bought the bed from and they chased. Another delivery slot was given 5 days later. They did show up then! There was quite a lot of damage done to the 3 boxes i had delivered which I took photos of but everything inside was undamaged

Awful, had confirmation of delivery and did not appear without a bed for nearly a week. Once delivered told that it was drop off only even thought we’d paid for it to be put up and cleared away. I should add the delivery drivers were great and helpful but the service to that point had been shocking.
