United Kingdom | 08 April 2022I couldn't fault the service of Daniel and his assistant. The company gplogistic however was a different matter!!! They gave me 5 delivery dates with 5 cancellations. My sofa had a delivery time of 3 to 4 days. I finally received my sofa 4wks after ordering. GPLOGISTIC is not a company I would recommend for on time delivery. No fault of the excellent delivery guys

United Kingdom | 08 April 2022I ordered a bed from Arista Living which was dispatched really quickly and in a timely fashion. The problem is it was GP Logisitics Services who were delivering the bed... This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. After numerous failed deliveries and no shows I tried to call to speak to someone and was promised numerous call backs. Safe to say I heard nothing back at all. Weeks of sleeping on the floor with no action or urgency from them. I ended up having to get a refund from Arista Living. I later contacted Arista directly who confirmed they are moving away from GP Logistics Services due to their reputation and numerous failed deliveries. If you are ordering a bed (or anything in that matter) that gets delivered through this company I would urge you not to. Awful company with awful customer service. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A COMPANY. IF I COULD LEAVE A NO STAR RATING I WOULD.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2022This company is absolutely dreadful! I ordered my bed and mattress in mid January. The mattress came within two weeks with no mention of the bed. About a month after the order (mid Feb) I was contacted by GP logistics to deliver the bed. I told GP I could only accept delivery weekends or half term to which my request was ignored as they sent me a few slots midday in the middle of the week. On Saturday 12th March I received a few missed calls and an email and voicemail saying they would deliver the bed on Monday morning- I sent them an email the same night making them aware I couldn't accept delivery. On the Monday I had a few missed calls whilst at work and an email saying my bed had been successfully delivered (which it had not). I contacted them and they just complained that I didn't answer my phone and Said they would contact me in 3 days to re arrange delivery. I never heard from them again. After multiple emails, voicemails and calls that get cut off I contacted DFS to chase the company. They were not very helpful they said the company would contact me and gave me their number again incase (again I never heard from them) so I had to contact DFS again multiple times, they have made various excuses and said that I need to deal with GP logistics as the order has come straight from the supplier. Eventually I got hold of GP and they agreed to deliver my bed this morning between 8am-11am. At around half 8 I received a call from someone in Newcastle who worked for GP logistics saying they were collecting a dunelm mattress and when I explained they said it must have been a wrong number and hung up. I have called GP logistics at least 10 times just today and DFS twice and just been told that they will be in touch. I was ccd into an email from the supplier to the company asking why so many deliveries had been failed to be delivered over the past few days and for them to contact me ASAP (which doesn't give me much hope that my bed will arrive today- I guess I will just sleep on the floor). At this point I would rather have a refund and use a better company. Safe to say I will definitely will not use DFS again.

United Kingdom | 07 April 2022Daniel and Woitek were excellent and would give them 5 stars as they helped deliver the new bed into the bedroom. As they were carrying it a clunking could be heard so they waited while we checked what was wrong, and one of the drawers did not have the runners attached. They are both a credit to the company. Shame this second bed from the same company was broken again, so having to arrange yet another pick up

Biggest plus was Jaswinder and Mandeep helping get the mattress to the second floor ... took 5 mins max but greatly appreciated

United Kingdom | 06 April 2022This company should not be operating!! Ordered a bed from dfs and after the usual 8 weeks I got a date and time slot, between 11am an 1pm. Waited and waited until couldn't wait anyone so decided to call it a day and go to bed. 9.45pm gets a call, we're outside with your bed. Had to offload it in the living room and they scurried off. Ext morning come to fit bed and found damage to the large headboard. Fabric worn on edges were it had been getting dragged around plus a gauge in centre. Called dfs who had someone come out and offered to exchange it or refund me the delivery cost £60ish. I refused and wanted a replacement. 3 months later after emailing and calling dfs to find out what's happening I eventually get an text to say delivery between 11am and 2pm on Saturday. Waited and waited no show. I call again and again get a text saying time and day. Sunday 11 to 2pm. Waited until 2.30 as I had food shopping to get to before 4pm closure and at 3pm get a call we I'll be 1hr. I told them I had waited in till the arranged time slot and had to go out for shopping. Had to re arrange. Next someone from dfs hr got in contact and stated they were to help me get this headboard as this was going on far too long. Again the hr woman was getting told one thing like we tried to call customer or we are going to call customer but never did. A couple more agreed dates and times and they never turned up. Now I got to the point I don't want bed I have told hr dfs woman I don't want the bed an theyvsaid give us a couple days to sort. 1 week has now gone and and called to get them to call me back but now have ghosted me. I've called gp logistics and told them I don't want the part, which must of gone from one ear out the other as a week later I get another daye and time. On the delivery day I got a call off the delivery team and I told them I've told your manager I do not want bed. The next day I get an email stating they have now successfully delivered my part?!!!. I will be calling them YET again to follow up on the lie of successful delivery and see what they say.

United Kingdom | 06 April 2022what can you say about this firm i could go on and on and on about their appalling customer service, the fact that they loose your product or that when you do manage to contact them they just tell lie after lie after lie we must of had half a dozen missed deliveries and every time you get a email to say its on its way when they know full well it isnt why DFS use this firm is beyond me but all i can say is if you ever have the misfortune to have any product scheduled to be delivered by this firm dont bank on it turning up when they say it will SHOCKING FIRM

United Kingdom | 05 April 2022It took a month, constant chasing and four delivery slots to get my full order. Twice they just didn't turn up and once with only part of the order. Customer Service very unhelpful and never returned calls when promised. Having said that, I now have my full order and Daniel who delivered it was was polite and helpful even though he had been given incorrect information in regards to my delivery.

Took great care not to rest parcels on any walls in case they damaged/marked them. Very professional. Very impressed.

Still waiting for new delivery date. Unhelpful when e-mailing and nearly inpossible to contact by phone. If i could give a minus score i would. Do not use.
